Negative experience: In my opinion Not a recommended travel agency. Starting from the unprofessional tour guide “An…” who doesn’t know how to keep her limits with the tourists especially males! Doesn’t deal with the tourists equally, taking care of some tourists ignoring others. On the flight date, their team came late to take us to the airport and was speeding up all the way to reach to the airport. We were going to get into many accidents just because they were scared from rebooking the flight for us .. This has put our life in danger, a trip of 3.5 hours, took around 2 hours because they were driving in a ridiculous way! If you ever plan to deal with this company then please revisit your thoughts!..

Negative experience: We are extremely unsatisfied with this company. After paying, they gave us a voucher with inclusions that did not match what was advertised on their website (wrong departure city!). They did not take steps to correct the error, until we decided to just cancel the booking and get a refund - but they took 500aed as a cancellation fee plus a 2% "service fee" (which is funny, considering we did not get any service at all). On top of that, they told us it will take 3-6 months to refund our money. Beware!

Negative experience: Holiday factory "premium" was a terrible experience. We booked a package for 4 to Baku in Apr 2024. Holiday factory premium asked us to submit documents of all travellers and upon verification at their end, we were asked to pay full amount in advance for booking confirmation. At the date of travel, one of the booked passengers were denied boarding at the UAE visa validity was less than 6 months. No one from Holiday factory had bothered to inform us about this requirement, over the phone or via email. Further, we received absolutely no support from them when we were stuck at the airport. We had to rebook new flights on our own and ended up spending significantly more money to be able to do the trip after a day. When we contacted Holiday factory with a complaint about their negligence in verification of our documents and lack of support, they simply washed their hands off. The trip that we planned for relaxing ended up becoming stressful and expense. We would never book with them again.

Negative experience: I got swindled by Holiday Factory, and I’m here to make sure it doesn’t happen to you. This company runs a slick scam, and they need to be called out. It began with an irresistible offer: an all-inclusive trip to Finland for AED 7,200. But as the saying goes, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. A day after booking, Aseel Obaid from Holiday Factory informed me that the rate was for two people. He offered to cancel the booking for a AED 250 fee. Determined to go, I convinced a friend to join me instead. We asked Holiday Factory for all necessary travel documents for our visa applications. They sent a few documents, assuring us they were sufficient. My friend attended his visa appointment first, only to receive a call from the embassy days later: the flight tickets were missing. We urgently demanded the tickets from Holiday Factory, but they stalled until I threatened to file a complaint. By the time they sent the tickets, it was too late—my friend’s visa was rejected. Then it was my turn. Despite having the flight ticket and other documents, my visa was also rejected. The reason? The travel documents were fake. Holiday Factory had deliberately provided bogus tickets to ensure our visas would be denied. Reapplying for the visa would cost AED 1,000, and canceling meant losing 30% of our payment, as per their fine print. Every possible outcome seemed designed to protect Holiday Factory and rob us blind. The deeper you get, the more you lose—50%, then 70%. We realized we were trapped in a meticulously crafted scam and decided to cut our losses. Canceling the trip cost us approximately AED 5,000. But the nightmare didn’t end there. Retrieving our money was a relentless battle. After six months of nonstop calls and emails, I finally bombarded every Holiday Factory email address I could find online. One finally responded, asking for my bank details, which proved they were never processing any refunds unless hounded. Eventually, after half a year of constant pressure, I got our money back. Researching online, I discovered numerous similar horror stories on Reddit and Quora—at least 10 other people had been scammed in the same way. Holiday Factory is a well-oiled scam machine. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. Stay far away from this fraudulent company and warn others to do the same.

Negative experience: Please don't purchase any package from them, they are fraud, they have not mentioned anything clearly, there are so many hidden charges after booking they asked for many unnecessary changes which are high, and their customer support is also very bad, very bad experience I will not recommend to anyone.

Positive experience: I had a Baku tour with holiday factory, i was a bit disappointed with travel dates I requested but they gave me four days ahead of my requested time which doesn’t match their claims, secondly the passage hotel at Baku was a bad experience at check in, they provided us a very bad room and had to pay extra to change room and they are doing same to everyone who checks in the hotel, holiday factory should take notice of that because at the end it will add a bad comment in their reviews, but I will say thanks to holiday factory representative at Baku Miss Katerina for her support and help and not to forget their tour guide Mr javaidan, such a nice person, over all it was a good experience and I will look forward to have another trip with them

Negative experience: A horrible service I received from your company, I booked with you for a package, unfortunately I could not make it, and I requested for cancellation and you informed me that it will take 6month to be refunded to my account, however it’s been 9 months now and you didn’t refund me my money back , whenever I call your customer service they just drag the time within 1 week it will be sorted, I called again many times and same stupid answer I received , I emailed you many times and updated my details to proceed with the refund but no response from your end, really it show how much you are so poor with your our after sales service, you just wanna collect money that’s it and when it comes for refund, I have to fight for my rights, I wouldn’t recommend this untrustworthy company

Fantastic experience: I travelled with my daughter to Armenia my first trip with my daughter who gifted me the Holiday factory premium trip. This is her second time using holiday factory. We absolutely loved our experIence. Our tour guides were a delight accommodating and welcoming. Our driver was so caring despite that he couldn’t speak much English the little he spoke and the more he understood he was really caring and helpful. Love the hotel stays, the picture postcard beauty of Tsaghkador mountains, the pristine Lake Sevan, the history of Yerevan and the delicious food and culture. It was a trip tailor to suit our every need. Thank you Holiday Factory Premium we are planning another trip soon.

Negative experience: They did not refund the amount after 7 month and they are lying they already refunded, I have a letter from my bank and there was no any refund amount at all, don't trust them at all, i have called several times and not body response to this matter, they are just refusing! just lying ! they are stealing the money and not refunding.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional Italian Getaway with Holiday Factory Premium! It was an absolutely amazing experience and my family had a great time. We booked the Milan-Venice-Rome package for 6 nights and chose the 4 star luxury hotel selection as I always prefer centrally located hotels so its easy to hit the tourist hot spots! We did Venetian Islands of Murano and Burano Tour and the Ancient Rome Tour where we had special privileges with Skip the line tickets and didn't have to wait in the long queue. It was delightful. In Venice we did the Gondola ride which had been my dream. We also did the Lake Como Cruise and my children loved it. All in all it was a perfect holiday and Holiday Factory Premium truly lived up to their motto of bringing the best holiday experience! We will surely book another holiday with you again! Fantastic experience: Holiday Factory Premium ( Azerbaijan, Baku ) One of the best private tours i had, Aziz is such a warm personality and highly motivated tour guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed and learnt a lot about Azerbaijan history, art, culture and much more, although was celebrating my birthday and that was epic. The atmosphere was so special that it really felt like home. Hotel and food was awesome. All respect for Aziz and Maqsoud who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guides!

Negative experience: The offers are a scam. They day 4 nights 5 days but waste 2 days because going they book the night flight and return the morning flight. Do not recommend them at all
