Negative experience: حجزت عندهم وكانت تجربة سيئه جدا لا احد يفكر يحجز من عندهم اذا تبون معاملة من اول السفرة لين اخرها ما يهمهم الا الفلوس اما رضا المتعامل صفر ما يساعدونكم بعد ما تحجزون اي مشكلة تواجهكم انتوا بنفسكم بتحلونها هم اهم شي استلموا الفلوس ومع السلامة ما بيعطونكم اي حلول لو كنتوا في نص البحر بيخلونكم ضايعين، غلطة وما تتكر. اذا تبون برنامج متكامل وتواصل ممتاز ويساعدونكم انصحكم ما تحجزون مع هذي الشركة.

Positive experience: Response.... Provide fast instance in emergency... I tried to call many travel agents but few said call after 9 nd remaining agents behavior was not good but dnata travel service was good. They picked call on time nd suggested better options.
