Negative experience: The worst agent travel, avoid to buy something with them, big scammers!!!! I got a ticket for Jetsky for 2 pax and when I redeem they want to give only for one person, when I asked them they even allow me to speak, I wait as well one month to redeem the voucher. Now I can’t use for two people and they told me if I don’t use the voucher in 2 days it will expire. You’re the best scammer ever!!!!

Negative experience: Had bought a jet ski voucher with them through Cobone. But when I tried to book a slot, they said all slots are full for a whole month and told me to get a refund from Cobone. I think they are trying to get out of paying commission charges to Cobone. Rude and very bad customer service!!

We did dune bashing and sand boarding. Most exciting part was the camel riding. It was such a nice feeling to ride camels in the sunset. We absolutely loved all aspects of the dessert safari experience. Transport back and forth was very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking forward to a great dessert safari experience.

Negative experience: Bad experience. We booked a cruise trip through cobone site. Dhow cruise which shows in the site was entirely different. Food was not good (in the site, it shows international buffet). If anyone wants to go for dhow cruise trip, don't choose any site. Directly go the creek, lot of cruises are there. Staffs of every cruise will approach you and we can choose our preference. There is no big difference in charge.

Negative experience: One of the worst travel agency, no proper management, no proper allotment, for tourist choosing Jazz travels is hell. They will not guide you, no proper response for the call. They are the agents where there is no proper arrangement and communication. One of their agent is rude with the customer and dint even pay respect. Not recommended.

Negative experience: Horrible tour operator. Most of the times the phones are not working, or they don't answer. When they answer they put unbelievable excuses to not provide the tour and they are rude while answering (only in whatsapp, forget about the phone). Money is wasted. We bought tickets for the buffet in the catamaran and they said to be full all the time which is not true since we saw the boat leaving with plenty of space. Avoid this place like a plague, I never had such bad experience in Dubai with a tour "operator" like this one. pd: we showed you the paid Cobone vouchers, stop lying to people and start providing a decent service. No one wants anything for free, you are just unprofessional. And again, we saw how the boat was not full. Grow up.
