Negative experience: Staff are unprofessional and rude. Maybe management has been change. Before was not like this . I buy ticket from them and ask for two invoice for two ways ticket. They refuse to give me the invoice for the amount I pay . . Highly not recommended to buy and ticket or tour pakeges. As they are unprofessional and not cooperative
