Sama Al Jazeera Hajj & Umrah

Negative experience: Extremely bad experience... I don't know how they get a good rating... Maybe it's not genuine. I spent 6 days in Makkah and 02 days in Madina. I will write everything about my experience. 1- They told us to come at 9:30 sharp but the bus departs at 11:30 and there is no proper waiting area and also the office AC was not working. 2- Bus condition was average and only 02 mobile charging points among 40person. 3- Bus driver behaviour was not good at all. 4- we reached hotel and easily we get key for our room. There is no room service , only you will get bed. Our room AC was not working and we suffered 02 days without AC. After 02 days they shifted us in another room. 5- Bus service from hotel to masjid E Haram is very poor. you have to wait 1hour for bus and during night it becomes more. 6- They take us for ZIYARAH very late and within 03 hours ZIYARAH completed. They take us on 4th day so we can not plan to go again at that place. 7- Madina hotel is worse than Makkah hotel. No bus service to go masjid E nabwi. Hotel wifi not working. AC remote not available. No have any mirror inside washroom and inside room. Toilet flush not working. Still I have so many things to write but I am tired now. Thanks

Negative experience: أسوء حملة ممكن تشوفونها في حياتكم لا انصح اي احد ان يذهب معهم لانهم ليس لديهم ضمير ولا حس المسؤولية ولا يهمهم حتى كبار السن ولا يحترمونهم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيكم.

Negative experience: خدمة جدا سيئة و مهملين لابعد الدرجة ، الي يبي يبيع عمره يروح معاهم
