Negative experience: Very bad and rude approach from staff . He was hindi speaking guy sounded like Pakistani. He is giving misleading information and showing rude and different attitude towards other nationalities. He is banging the phone on the customer when asked about visit visa.Poor service. This staff is definitely not there to help the agency.
