Dubai International Airport

Negative experience: Terminal 2 is a barn. And the supervisor female there was unprofessional. She let a guy to transfer to terminal 3 while he is waiting for his flight on terminal 2, but when I asked her she refused and told me to book a hotel there then i can transfer. The venue was far too small for the capacity, leading to extreme overcrowding. With only a few cafes and nowhere to sit due to overlapping flights and large crowds, it was a chaotic experience. The treatment of passengers felt like cattle being crammed into a barn. Shame on you UAE

Fantastic experience: Modern, clean, and conveniently located next to the metro, which was fantastic as we were able to take the metro directly to our hotel after getting off our flight. The staff were helpful in giving us directions, which we really appreciated. Looking forward to travelling to and from Dubai airport in future

Fantastic experience: Отличный, хорошо организованный аэропорт. Это самый загруженный аэропорт в мире, но благодаря хорошей организации и качественной работе персонала здесь всегда отличный сервис. Терминал 3 очень хороший. Много бизнес лаунджей. Но в бизнес лаунджах не всегда хватает мест. Много процессов автоматизированных.

Negative experience: Terminal 2 was overcrowded and there are not enough places to sit down. I was traveling with my mother in law and it was not the best experience.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service and attended to on time

Negative experience: Fast to get inside. Good vat refund service. But. Very cold inside. I got ill while waiting for my flight.

Negative experience: لأكثر من 9 سنوات و الوضع كما هو في هذه الصالة مما أساءني. لا يوجد اي توسعة او تطوير لراحة المسافرين. اعداد المسافرين و الرحلات مهولة و في ازدياد و مع ذلك لا يوجد اماكن للراحة كافية. لايوجد اماكن انتظار كافية. 3 مقاهي صغيره جدا. منطقة صغيرة جدا للطعام يوحد بها ماكدونالز و كنتاكي. لاونج مرحبا مزدحم جدا. للأمانة يمكن لاي شخص ان يرى الفرق بين الصالتين. اتمنى العمل على توسعة هذه الصالة

Fantastic experience: Very organized and very helpful staff

Negative experience: Warning. Skywards line has no relevance. Only 1 line is serving it and that too after business and first are passed which is never. It’s been 45 minute sim in a queue and no end in sight. Customer service at Dubai airport terminal 2 is DISGUSTING. I hate it. I will NEVER fly FlyDubai again. A couple of local guys tried to catch a some service manager but things didn’t improve an inch.

Positive experience: For low cost operators and everything in the terminal lets you know that. Often crowded. Can take 30-40 mins by the curtesey to get to the other terminals. Access to planes across tarmac.

Positive experience: The terminal 2 is very low class setup. There have no efficient charging ports. And also too rush facilities are backward
