Negative experience: Sales agent offered me a ticket from New York to Dubai via Toronto , after two days I came to know from friend, transit visa is required to have connecting flight via Canada. Sales guy answer is, it’s not my responsibility to tell you that Canada connecting flights needs visa . Seriously now he wants me to pay 5350 aed for rerouting flight or I have to loose the full ticket . Very bad and unethical sales tactic young man , it will not go long , DNATA should fire such sales person from its team .

Negative experience: Why the timing on website10PM and when we reach the office 6PM is it funny?
Negative experience: Worst agency to buy a ticket from. They cancelled my booking by giving me two hours to respond to an email. The worst comes later when they say they will return my money in 30 working days and today its been more than 40 working days and they haven’t returned my money. They have terrible customer service no manager available to speak on the phone no one to look into the issue and solve it. They are stalling to give me my money back and the bank keeps charging me interest on that money to which they respond to file a dispute with credit card company. They are simply holding my money and refusing to pay back saying its under verification. Never using them nor recommending them to anyone else.
