Cozmo Travel Bur Dubai

Negative experience: My friend told me she gets the visa of my family in cozmo.and this is 2nd time or more I buy visa and ticket.i don't know them agency actually but my friend always contact Cozmo regarding visa and tickets.so I'm dealing with my friend and my friend dealing with Cozmo.at first they don't give invoice.whatever they say I pay.without invoice.to make the story short,I pay the fines for 4days for my brother and extended visa as well.i think I'm just late 2 hours from the period they said.but at first I pay the fines for 4days and visa.and they visa almost 3days not release they said my brother has abscon.just becouse I'm late for 2 hours.and they promise me they will fix and they try to talk other people so I wait until this moment almost 2 weeks and I'm worry becouse my brother need to go to Philippines together with my kids.and I ask again and the agency said,my brother can go and they will assist my brother to airport.i refuse becouse this is illegal and maybe my brother will have an issue.i was wondering,I pay the fines and visa and they said he has absconding case.and not my mistakes at all.and they promise a week ago they will fix.and they ask me to pay to removed the absconding case which is not my mistakes.i am late for 2 hours and they are late to get the visa extension for almost 2 weeks.this kind of service of agency are dangerous.they just took money without invoices plus they took the payment and saying my brother cannot apply the visa after they took the money.that is not a reason for 2 hours late as long as I pay the fines even the last day.becouse still 9pm and to change the day after 12:00am.the main issue here,Cozmo travel are not trusted agency,and your life will be miserable after they took the money.they don't care the costumer.the agent just need to get her target or whatever.and until now they didn't issue the visa.i have all evidence that I pay them with transaction date and time.anything happend I have the evidence and what they do is really bad.and I need justice for what they done.and I will not stop becouse we paid according to the amount he or she said to my friend.without invoices and file a case absconding while we are already paid.i hope the government of UAE read my post and take an action for this kind of travel agency.

Negative experience: Very poor service from all the staff at the Burdubai branch near sharaf dg, I entered sat for over 10seconds it's like I wasn't existing, to my surprise they continued talking ignoring me and after when they knew I had an existing booking they refused to assist me and told me to go esle where, this was an air Arabia booking, management should look into this, yesterday 7th October at around 7pm, please check the cameras and see

Positive experience: I contacted with Cozmo regarding visit visa for my brother, it took little time in issuing in visa but it came with error from immigration. It took long time in getting the corrections and during that time I was really frustrated and I was feeling that I will never deal with them again in future. I keep following up with different people in Cozmo and then finally Mr. Mudassar help me out and I got new visa with correct details and new expiry date without any extra charges. I am thankful to him for solving the issue. Now I can refer my friends to Cozmo as well.

I got my tourist visa within 4 hours of time on the same day with online payment. Positive experience: This location is near metro station.so parking is full. Paid parking opposite to office is 10 AED per hour.remaining process is very fast .
