Negative experience: I booked a ticket through Wego and the flight got delayed, I applied for a refund. Initially, they stated that the refund would be processed once they received the funds from the airline. Fast forward two months of continuous follow-ups, and it feels like every time I call, I get a different story. At one point, an advisor assured me that the refund had been approved by the airline and that I would receive it shortly. However, on subsequent calls, I was told that they had received the funds and processed the refund into my account. When I requested a transaction number for confirmation, they suddenly refused to provide any details and began changing their statements. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. It seems Wego is consistently misleading with their information and lacks transparency in their process. I would not recommend booking through them based on my experience.)

Negative experience: Worst service ever! My boyfriend booked a hotel in RAK thru this app. We waited from 5pm til after midnight for the confirmation since he already paid for it. He spoke for 3 of their agent and none of them give us solution. Never ever use this application to any bookings!!!! Such a scammed app.

Negative experience: An Egyptian app full of scammers. Customer service doesn't understand the meaning of their job. I chose something, and when I went to the hotel, I found something completely different. When I called them, they lied to me to avoid admitting their mistake. Customer service has no authority to assist the caller other than to say, "This is the information I have." They have no one to escalate the issue to. I swear, they are liars and scammers. Negative experience: Do not book from Wego. They will take money from you and they will not book the flight . Later they will say that they will return the money. Now it’s more than 2 months. not yet refunded. Wego should be BAN. Very difficult to contact their customer care . Every time you need to explain the issue . And they do not have any information. It will take more than 30 mins every time for there customer executive to understand the issue.

Negative experience: Be aware and try to avoid this app. I booked through wego last month, My flynas flight was cancelled and flynas unfortunately sent my refund to wego since 1 month but untill now wego don’t want to give me my refund despite i have confirmation email from flynas that refund sent already to wego. booking reference H9U5FZ i already called your customer service 10 times and no solution

Negative experience: Be careful while booking through wego. They will take payment send you the confirmation and after one week you will receive one more email that reservation is not confirmed due to hotel technical issue. They play nicely whenever they want to upsell the same room to another customer. My case is still under review and if this is not resolved. I will defiantly contact Ross Veitch or Craig Hewett

Negative experience: تجربتي سيئة معهم حيث لي مردودات مالية لم تسترجع لها اكثر من ١٥ يوم بحجج لا تدخل العقل مرى حسب الانظمة بنكية ومرى بحكولك فشل بالارسال وعندما اشتكيت ابعث اميل وبعدين بطفشوك وبحكولي ١٤ يوم عمل ومددوها ل ٣٠ يوم عمل لا يوجد اي مصداقية واسلوبهمعند اخد حقوقك تطفيشية وقدمت عليهم شكوى لوزارة السياحة

Negative experience: They take extra charge for any changes in the flight for their own company and fake charge from the airline company!! I am assured that with the airline company themselves, they said they would not take extra charge for the first change.
