Negative experience: Terrible Customer Service and Unjust Practices I cannot stress enough how horrible my experience with this company has been. From rude and dismissive behavior to complete lack of accountability, this has been the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I contacted them within an hour of making the payment, only to be passed between four different agents, each giving conflicting and confusing information. Instead of resolving my issue, I was constantly told to “wait” and ignored. To top it off, they refuse to issue a full refund and instead insist on keeping 40% of my money despite no actual work being done on my application. This feels like outright theft and is completely unjustifiable. Avoid this company at all costs. Their practices are shady, and their customer service is appalling. Save yourself the stress and money—go elsewhere!

Negative experience: Avoid them. Absolute thieves. After paying, they asked for more money. I asked them in the same minute to cancel and refund on whatsapp and in the same minute sent an email. Despite multiple back and forth that same day, they went ahead anyway and did not cancel. I filed a bank complaint. Do not work with them.

Negative experience: What the hell is your service, i paid urgent fee on July 31 & today is aug 5. I was promised to get visa in 3-12 hrs, & today its been 5 days. If you have no control to get visa urgently then why you people advertise like that and grab the urgent fee. And now no one is answering the phone and replying me. Transaction was done July 31 and posted date is Aug 1st.

Negative experience: I have applied for Saudi E- Visa through Insta Global Travel. They have charged me 13000/- INR by saying that this is E-Visa fees and I have paid it. After that one of their employee mentioned that he need few documents for processing the visa. Infact I have provided each and every single document to him. Later on I get to know that I need to pay more 21000/- INR. I mean Insta global travel is basically doing malpractice to collect money from everyone by asking to fill the form and just for filling the form they have charged 13000/- and they even lied that this is E-visa fees and I have to pay nothing after this. After all this process I got an appointment at VFS for visa issue. When I reached at VFS office with my appointment letter then the person over there mentioned that my appointment is cancelled. I mean who does that first they lied that they have provided the appointment and they have taken 13000/- for e visa but they need more amount for e-visa. I would not deny that the person we were talking to was atleast sounded concerned and nice but at the end our mental torture did not end and we paid them 13k for literally nothing. Not even for booking an appointment that when we reached here saw was cancelled. And who charges that sort of amount in the name of visa fee when literally it is not and visa fee and medical combined cost 28k and 13k is for them for booking a form which is free and they won’t mention that at any stage It’s my personal SUGGESTION to everyone that don’t do any sort of visa booking through Insta global travel they are going to ask for more and more money and they will not provide any visa to you so it’s a total waste of time to contact them. It was a mental torture for me.

Negative experience: They are scamming people! Jut be verry careful first they will ask for quick payment and after they need extra payment. Tryng with nice talk until they have your money and then they send you some links and ask you to read there. Ok i asked for refund and they say it is not possibleas is direct payment

Despite having electronic committees that write agreed-upon and paid positive comments, the comments that mention their numerous fraud operations still appear due to their frequency. Do not deal with them or pay a single dirham. Multiple authorities in the UAE have already been contacted. These scammers should not be allowed to operate in this great country.

Negative experience: Think twice before paying any amount as their prices are extremely high. I applied for a Saudi tourist visa myself , it is done, after that also wanted to apply for my two children but failed, Due to some issues, I asked them for help. For one child, the official fee including insurance is 466 dirhams because we are GCC residents, and it could be even lower with cheaper insurance. However, they charged me 1390 dirhams for the Saudi tourist visas for my two children, plus an additional 1281 AED for insurance. I refused to pay such an exorbitant insurance fee, I was thinking that the 1390 dirhams already included insurance.they did not tell me not including insurance . I requested a refund immediately after realizing the situation, but they kept finding excuses not to return my money. My refund request was made just 7 minutes after the payment. They insisted I send an email to request the refund, which I did. After sending the email, I proceeded to apply for the visas myself for my 2 kids and successfully received e-visa within an hour. I promptly informed them via WhatsApp not to continue the application process as I had already obtained the visas. However, an hour later, I received an email notification saying they were processing the visa applications for my children, even though I had already completed them. Despite my repeated refund requests via WhatsApp and email, they ignored my messages. They claimed they had already submitted the applications. They are clearly reluctant to refund my money. I will definitely fight to the end. They not only charge several times the actual fees but also swallow your money without providing the service. As a long-term resident of Dubai for 20 years, I will certainly file complaints with the relevant authorities.

I found this company online and decided to apply for single entry visit visa for my partner. they took the money and instead of applying through abu dhabi, they applied through Dubai with incorrect information of my partner and applied using their company visa which is the wrong and cheap way of doing it, however they charged me the full amount!!! I contacted the immigration authority in Dubai and it turned out the visa was rejected and the reason given was administrative Error!! I have requested them for a refund but I doubt they will refund me!!! Also they are refusing to send me the transaction Number and the Application Number In order for me to check the file myself. Please stay away from them. they should not be allowed to operate at all. Scammers! Scammers!!! Scammers!!!!

Negative experience: They charge much higher than the market, I applied KAS tourism evisa they charged me total 1290AED per person, Insurance fee is 650AED that is so expensive I didn’t agree to pay this insurance so asking refund first payment. I decided to apply by my own on KSA website , only paid 402 SAR which included 95 SAR insurance, my E-visa only took 5 minutes to fill then approved immediately. now I am straggling to get money back, nobody care , they have so many excuses to charge or deduct money. If you face same issue please go to this website make complaint to them.if you have better solution to complain please help others to fight for their right.

Took my money and simply messaged us about the rejection for transit visa and visit visa both! Plus forced us to buy the travel insurance prior to the approval for AED 750. It has been four days of us messaging them and emailing them to refund at least the insurance cost and send us the rejection letter but they are shamelessly ignoring are emails and messages. Not responding to us. We got the visa through another agent in a days time on urgent basis Shame on you!!! Scammers!! Please save yourself from getting ripped by them. Negative experience: I asked information on the online chat from a representative called Elina and I was very specific about the type of visa I wanted. She gave me the information and provided a payment link. After I made the payment this person called shakira from visa processing contacted me and said I need to pay extra. I explained that I was not told this before and if so I’d have chosen a different agent and asked for a refund but she was rude in the way she responded and unprofessional not to mention very unpleasant to talk to. In the end she denied my refund even though I made the payment literally minutes ago, was not helpful at all. Really bad experience and I don’t recommend this agency at all.

They even shared with me on WhatsApp screen shots of communication with other customers without any respect for their privacy!! That was done by their representative Noor.

First they will take the money and then gradually start asking for documents and their visa process is unnecessarily complicated. I applied for two families. One family got the visa and the other did not. They are now not releasing the visas because they need flight bookings. My travel agent in Pakistan is not releasing the tickets because he needs the visa. It has been one week today, they received the approval and yet they are not releasing the visa. Absolutely horrendous experience. The amount of phone calls i had to make, the number of documents i had to generate. I DO NOT recommend this experience. There are a lot of other agencies who are far better in service than INSTAGLOBAL.

Positive experience: I went through two different situations while I was applying for E visa, first one was with representative Asif who jumped out to help me finish my application by calling me and telling me how to apply but, unfortunately he was so concerned about the payments more than anything else, he was pushing me to get the express service and pay 100$ more for each one to get the visa faster otherwise I will have to wait 10 days to get it which is not true, the worst thing was, when I told him I have time and don’t need this service he hold the documents and didn’t upload them to the system after he confirmed with me that everything is done and uploaded!!. I found out the problem after 2 days when I was following up with the support team and they told me that I need to send the documents to them to process my case!!! I told them I already handed over to agent Asif in WhatsApp and I have all the chats recorded!! She told me that nothing was uploaded yet. If I didn’t follow up I wouldn’t find out the problem, and wouldn’t get the visas. Asif in the chat was telling me a lot of weird things to push me get the express service such as it takes 72 hours to get the visa but they work 8 hours a day so I need to divide 72/8 which means 9 days and exclude 3 days off Friday to Sunday which is mean more 3 days added that’s mean total 12 days to get the visa!!!! When I told him this is not right and I have never heard it before what you say. I told him I can get it in the airport upon arrival in less than hour! He said no you can’t get it in the airport which is not true also . At the end after a lot of arguments about the express service, I refused to take it as I don’t need it, he holds the documents and didn’t upload it. The second part which is the good thing was with the support team agent Maryam she helped me uploading the documents again so quick and send me a confirmation email and the process started in the same day, it took only one day to get the visas issued Not 12 days as Asif said. Thank you so much Maryam and the support team for helping me out and getting my visas so quickly. I really appreciate you all.

Negative experience: The refund process took more than 20 working days until today still did not refund back to me, and they were unresponsive. Their replies were unhelpful. Please do not ask for advice or follow their advice. It is USELESS. They want money, but the service does not match what you paid for. Keep advise me to pay "EXPRESS" ONLY.

They asked us to pay for insurance more than 1600sr ( while my friend travelled to Dubai on the same period -Eid Alfatr- and did’t need to pay for it They offered me trips in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, I chose only 1 of it with them as we planned all our trip by ourselves. The trip we confirmed and paid with them was cancelled by them claiming tickets are unavailable ( Later on I bought the tickets very easily online) then they refused to refund and insist for compensation .. the compensation was way cheaper than the amount we paid, and the cruise was dirty even the welcome drink had insect on the bottom.. we left the cruise before even it sail Very bad experience they did’t even apologize Save your time, money and don’t deal with them

Negative experience: Used to be their regular customer but now 3 back to back bad experiences of poor service 1) visa was approved but wasn’t sent to me or any notification, on my Enquiry it was sent on the date of expiry. 2) latest visa was rejected (which is ok can happen as it’s not in their power) but, 3) On rejection of Visa UAE deducts a small portion of amount and refunds most of it, but sadly Insta Global will not refund anything back and can just empathize only because it’s their terms and conditions, that felt like a rip off !

Negative experience: Great service provided by Tyson in a very timely manner. I originally put 5 stars but have to lower It to 1. Muy surprise when arriving at Dubai is that a visa is not required for european if staying less than 30 days and also a travel insurance is not required either. Basically Insta Global Travel charged me for two things not required. I would have expected them to know It as experts in this Matter.

They charged me $30 for a visa to Jordan and then after I applied they told me that I must have a visa to the UK or the USA or Schengen visa to be able to process my application for a visa to Jordan. Negative experience: SCAm ALERT I applied for a visa online It’s supposed to take 2 days It’s been 6 and they only have an automated Ai answering me with stupid answers And then after checking more I’ve realized they charged me 3 times more than what a normal visa costs Not to mention that they pretty much force you to pay money for procedures that aren’t necessary, claiming is the only way the visa process will work. Only thing they’ve achieved is making me look and feel like an absolute idiot!

And they does connect with you with WhatsApp but the chatbot on their web page is much more useful cause they reply in minuites(You can text them at midnight) . And right, Maryam told me to mention her name here so ya! She's quite a police lady and nice

Negative experience: This company doesn’t care about customers, I wanted to apply visa for my maids I found this website and I chat with someone and informed him about the traveling dates he didn’t give me all the information I need to know once I applied and paid he kept asking for more money to make it express so I will get it sooner when I asked him to cancel and refund he said he will do it ASAP the next day someone called me asked to pay for express visa to get it the next day again what is this nonsense.and when I refused to pay they said ok what for regular visa which is 72 working hours even if its skippe my traveling dates. Bad bad customer service

Negative experience: I wish there was an option to give a lower rating than 1 star. I am a frequent traveler across the continents and this company ranks top in inefficiency and lack of transparency for Visa service. Any company gives a list of documents and information required before applying for Visa. This company just asked for Passport and immediately kept on pushing for payment, implying nothing else is required. After the money is paid, everyday for next 5 days kept on asking for more information and more documents. Many of them if it was communicated earlier, would not work with them. Everyone should use their caution before engaging this agency.
