Negative experience: Booking number: 20231211157 Tour date: January 9, 2024 It was an average experience. We booked the tour for two around January first week. The Dune dashing was an average experience with not much thrill. The buggy came at an extra cost of 250 aed for 15 odd minutes. We reached the camp around 7 pm and it was already dark. The camel ride was really short and the sandboards were kept with no one to instruct on how to use it. No Falcons were available for photos. The food was fresh but the service was a big problem. The person at the shawarma station refused to serve us any citing he closed the station. The hookah person was not in place and I had to ask him multiple times and still he didnt serve us. The dress up part was for an extra cost. The shows were good and the dinner was fresh and tasty. Absolutely disappointing experience and not worth the price at all. Seemed more like the ones you get for 50 dirhams. The best part about the experience was our guide and driver who made it pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this tour tbh.

Positive experience: My friend and I are visiting the UAE from Canada. Our driver for Dubai and Abu Dhabi was Zeeshan. He was terrific! We saw so many amazing things in both places and he was knowledgeable, professional, a very good driver and very nice. I highly recommend him. He personally earned 5 stars but the company itself lost an overall rating point only due to not communicating changes to tours because of company protocols. My advice is to ask exactly what you can expect for your own tour when you book it (which is not necessarily as advertised) and hold them to that.

Five of my very close family members visited Dubai recently (November 2023) and had all praise for Arabian Nights for their friendly behaviour, punctuality, and quality of services. They are very organised, having well skilled Drivers and knowledgeable English-speaking Guides. Desert Safari / Dune Bash, Dubai Site seeing trips, Dhow Cruise etc. were all awesome. Thanks to excellent arrangements and coordination by Mr. Sohan Dsouza of Arabian Nights .

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic experience we had with Arabian Night Tours, we had a driver named Amigo! He was the best! So funny, great experienced driver and so great and entertaining to our boys 9 and 11. Entertainment and dinner was awesome. Highly recommend this tour and especially Amigo!

Negative experience: I've being using this company since 2012 and always sending family and friends with this operator, but last group of friends had the worst experience, they got offered the Quad Ride and rolled over due lack of knowledge on how to drive the machine, there where basically no instructions or precautions , no helmet or protection, one of my friend got smashed by the wheel and left lying down injured in the sand, noneone from the company helped them, 0 courtesy just watching her laying in the sand they where not human enough to help her to stand up. There was no first aids kits available to what she asked to be returned to her home, the guys from the safary denied the request and told her that the injury was a small scratch , she was in so much pain that we have to picked her up and ended in hospital for one night. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP ON HER AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED 50 AED FOR THE ROLLOVER AS A FINE. AGAIN SHAME! NEVER AGAIN GUYS, NEVER

Fantastic experience: Loved it. Great experience and my two girls loved every minute of it. The sand dunes, the quads and the evening entertainment. Well worth it.

Negative experience: Unable to reach anyone over the phone after calling them for continuously for 2 days phone was answered only one. Send several emails but received few responses. And the response was was ‘I will get back to you and which never happened’ pathetic at customer service.

Negative experience: I sent in an enquiry for a tour package to Dubai. Tho they responded to my enquiry by acknowledging, and that's it. I sent them a reminder a week later and they said they are still working on it. I haven't heard from them since.

Fantastic experience: Excellent authentic and exciting tour in the desert, with thrilling Dune rides, delicious dinner, thrilling shows and camel rides. Don't forget to ask for purchasing a camel milk bottle if in season.

Fantastic experience: We went for private desert safari tour , it was an amazing experience. Booking the same was very easy via their website and we got a call on the day of tour for confirmation on the pickup Time I thank Mr Mohammed Ali our tour guide for his hospitality and patience, he came on time to pick us up and we made him wait 40 minutes. We were taken to bike rental area where you have option to rent single or double seating quad bikes Don’t forget to take water and snacks on the way as it’s very expensive at the site where they stop on the way for snacks. From there our tour guide deflated the tires to start the dune bashing Our tour guide gave us an amazing experience , if you book private ride , do check for mohammed ali From there next stop is for some sunset photography Then you will taken to Arabian nights camp , very well arranged and you will be welcomed with hot and soft drinks Outside You can enjoy camel rides and dune surfing After sunset they will start with Tanoura show and then amazing fire show Next is dinner , food is decent sweet was good and bbq items were also nice Don’t go for the shawarma , they need to improve the taste After that was belly dance which we skipped as kids were getting sleepy and impatient to go back home Return trip was calm and peaceful.

Positive experience: I haven't been to other safaris and can't compare, but I think this one was Ok. Not the best, not bad - something in the middle. The drivers were nice (we had to change between cars a few times, which is Ok), dune bashing was good, and they have their own camp. The food in the camp was not very good, and the sandboards were totally broken. Everything else was Ok. For around 200 AED I think they're a good choice. I wouldn't pay much more than that though.

Fantastic experience: The trip was great! We were picked up from the hotel, after which we drove into the desert on the way, stopping at shops where you could buy water, snacks and souvenirs. In the desert we rode through the dunes, it was very cool, beautiful view, golden sand, great photos in the end. Many thanks to our driver Mohsin, he helped us to take beautiful photos. After that we went to the Bedouin camp, where they fed us and showed us a show (oriental dances, fire show). The road is very picturesque! Thank you all for a pleasant stay and especially Mohsin, I liked everything very much!

Positive experience: The overall experience was great, the driver of the landcruiser was very cordial and a professional driver. The dune bashing, sunset viewing and the camp experience was great. Food was fine, no barbeque options for vegetarians but the falafel was good. The dance performance were over the top! No Arabic coffee was provided but the sheesha and softdrinks were there as promised.

Fantastic experience: Where do I start, we travelled to Dubai as a family two weeks ago. I came across Arabian Nights online, and started my enquiry with Qamar, with regards to the different tour packages available. From start to finish Qamar was fantastic, and communicated with me via watsapp, provided all details of the tour package (we did the evening Desert Safari, highly recommend). He had answered all my questions, always getting back to me promptly and really went out of his way and assisted me. The Desert Safari itself was a great experience, we enjoyed every part of it. Our driver Aslam, a very experienced driver, had catered the driving to the passengers in the car, (as my 2 year old nephew and mother was with us, who initially did not want to do the dune bashing). What can I say, we all had so much fun during the dune bashing, even my mother had enjoyed the experience ! Thank you for your hospitality Aslam, and for making it such a wonderful experience. As well as the Dune bashing, the package had other activities included, camel riding, Sand boarding,Henna painting, Shisha smoking (details will be provided to you when you enquire) The BBQ dinner, (included in the package), wow ! was just fantastic, really good variety of food from starters to main, freshly cooked, and delicious ! what more can say. Would I book again with this company ?, most definitely- great hospitality from all the staff - from start to end , and a enjoyable experience. Also just to mention Arabian Nights have their own private camp which is really good, was lovely and peaceful, no ques or crowds at food time, and enjoyed the evening entertainment ( fire show, belly dance, and Tanoura dance show), really talented artists ! Fire show was the best one, I have seen artists in other countries but this guy was good !

Positive experience: Took the Hummer option for desert safari so paid extra. First thing happen the driver ask for 150 extra again for private safari drive. I say no so they jam us in hummer with 2 other groups and now not enough seats so no seatbelt. Safari driver was cowboy. We all hit heads on the roof and we have wrist injury. This company has unsafe practice if you dont give them the extra. BS.

Fantastic experience: Went last night on the safari. Driver was Mohammed really nice guy, funny explained everything. My wife is pregnant 19 wks and he kept an eye on her all the way to dropping us off. The dunes was surreal in the jeep Mohammed drove like a trooper gave us a cracking experience to remember. When on the camp again explained all the things to do inside. Met Amir the chief really nice bloke to get along with. The food was amazing and the belly dancer , then came the fire dancer/eater he was really good topped off a great evening. Thank you Amir and Mohammed you really did pull it out of the bag. All staff driver Moin and Asim done his duty very best with accuracy 100%.Guest might late but A. nights always on time to make ur time utilize in proper manner.. Positive experience: Yesterday we did the desert safari with Arabian night tours. Our driver Aslam was very good and friendly. He was on time to pick us. The dune bashing was very good our kids loved it. Facilities were good at the camp. The bellydancers were lovely . The tanoora dancer nd fire show were excellent shows. Only request would be to serve nice hot food :) food was pretty decent. All in all i would recommend them nd give them a 4 star . Camel ride can be a little longer as kids enjoy this.

Negative experience: Poor coordination! When I called the first time, I was excited. I told the person that I have visitors and wanted to let them have a great experience. Until the day of the tour, we were told that the pick up time is between 3-3:30pm, we were waiting for a land cruiser with the company logo. A driver came looking only for 2 guests (I booked for 5 persons). After a number of calls to the office, finally someone answered. Driver was on the phone while we were on our way to the site instead of talking to guests. Upon reaching the camp site, we were expecting to do sandboarding and camel ride but to no avail. It was already dark, its like we were the last one to arrive. The reason Im giving it 2 stars is the camp itself- organize and food is good. Will I recommend? Nah

Fantastic experience: We went on the Arabian night desert safari on Thursday 15th August. With pick up from mesk on the Marina walk.. Our Iranian guide was courteous and very kind.. It was my partners first visit to Dubai.. We were treated to a continuous tour in our route to the safari.. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his manners were outstanding. We enjoyed quad biking dune bashing and our guide took amazing photos of the red dunes and sunset which has given lasting memories. The food and entertainment at the camp were excellent with a beautiful belly dancer. Whirling durbish and fire eater.. I could not recommend this tour any more highly.. Thank you Arabian nights.... A7 STAR EXPERIENCE...
