Fantastic experience: We were being guided and assisted by one of the Emirates(lady staff.....sorry as not rememberingname)) staff. We also special offer on buying promotional items from official Emirates stores with good discounts. They also assisted to convert our miles as discount on ticket. Very professional and understanding staff . Highly recommended place .
Fantastic experience: My wife and I frequently encounter issues when booking multi-destination trips online, such as Dubai-Shanghai-Bali-Dubai or Dubai-Buenos Aires-Santiago-Dubai. Fortunately, we always find a solution by visiting the Emirates Holidays office in Dubai Jumeirah. Each visit is met with a warm welcome, a wonderful attitude, and successful results that meet our travel needs. The office itself is state-of-the-art, cozy, and inviting. We feel like our vacation has already started the moment we step inside. However, one downside is that they serve Costa coffee. Considering Emirates Airlines' reputation for excellence and local pride, we would expect them to support local brands that reflect Dubai's renowned hospitality. It would be wonderful to see Emirates supporting Arab brands both in-flight and in their city offices. Overall, our experience at the Emirates Holidays office has been consistently positive, thanks to their exceptional service and welcoming environment.

Negative experience: My flight on Emirates was great, however my hotel accomodations were not what I expected booking an Emirates vacation package...I expected Emirates to partner with a hotel that meets their level of service.. The Grand excelsior was a dump... the curtains were dirty and had a hole in them, the shower had mold, coffee stains on the wall and carpet the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks there was visible dust on the nightstand and it smelled like mildew. I advised the front desk of my concerns for them to tell me that they can switch me to another room, if another room was available why put me in that room to begin with After flying for 13 hours and not being able to check in until after 3pm getting the worst hotel room imaginable I checked out and went to another hotel Emirates is now telling me there's nothing they can do to rectify this issue. Unacceptable Emirates and I'm telling everyone I know that your company values money over the vacation package experience you claim to offer #emiratesvacations #Grand Excelsior Hotel @emiratesvacations

Positive experience: I was expecting a lot more. Maybe too much. Disappointed on arrival but after adjusting my expectations, everything turned out to be just fine!
Negative experience: When you think emirates holidays you think u will get the same service as emirates airlines but that’s a big NO. We had a problem with my visa and we had to change our date and they said its not possible and its mention is not flexible but there’s nothing mentioned, however with so many emails and phone calls they finally changed the date but of course with having to pay a good amount of money however that’s nothing compared to what u get. We did book full board and our package was as not cheap and we expected a stress free holiday but we are just being treated like they gave us a free holiday and having the worst room, no soft drink included in the full board which i never saw it before, and only some selected food we can have so we are paying again extra as u cant go in holiday and eat the dame food for the last 10 days. The other thing when you book for a child above 2 years old u are being charged for a full price same as an adult but the hotel actually accommodates children free from 6 and below so imagine ….and as this is not enough u can only chose one dish for ur child so ur child cant have any juice nor desert. Honestly i have no words and i hope someone can take action of this company which am not even sure is part of emirates cant be coz emirates will never treat their clients in such shameful way. PLEASEEE ANYONE THINKING TO BOOK WITH THEM DONT DO THE WORST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE PLEASE.

Negative experience: Its a big shame for such company to leave a guest away at the last day, Actually your nasty service started day 1 with uncomfortable transport cars and some misbehaving drivers since your point is collecting money we have seen that you have no care for customer service. Negative experience: للاسف تواصلت مع طيران الامارات علئ الهاتف وكان معي بطاقة خصم لطيران الامارات ولما سالتهم يعملو لي الخصم عن طريق الهاتف او الموقع عندهم قالو بخصوص بطاقات الخصم لازم تروح الافرع المهم وصلت الفرع وتفاجات ان الخصم عندهم مافرق غير خمسين درهم مع انه نسبة الخصم عندي من 12 الى 20% وكنت مشيك على الاسعار في موقع الطيران الرسمي وحسبت نسبت الخصم علشان كذا رحت للموقع لاني شفتها تستاهل ولكن للاسف ماعرف كيف حسبتهم في المكتب

Positive experience: Helpful but i booked for group and they could not provide us a invoice with all break down of the payment.
Negative experience: Stay well clear from this company read other reviews package holiday booked and had to pay additional £1000 for return tickets and had to wait 10 hours for hotel to be available.
Negative experience: Poor communication and hard to contact. Do not use their expensive Meet and Greet service (my daughter and I arrived to no driver and no-one from Emirates to answer the help number).

Fantastic experience: There is one sales manager in Jumerah office, her name is Naila - I highly recommend her to book any tours, especially Indian ocean destination like Maldives etc - her recommendations are top! just ask her if there shall be any permits done etc to enter the country - she will really help you!!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent deals available for holiday packages. Booked tickets to Seychelles, Georgia and now Mauritius and the combined rates of flights plus 4 5 star hotels is unbeatable. Positive experience: A bit of disappointed. first of all the car park and entrance are misleading. the security guard was very rude when we asked him for Emirates Holidays. instead of guiding us to the correct address, he started asking for our ID, mobile no, etc. we told him that we had spoken on line to a lady and told her we will be visitng the place. so v gave him the concerned ladies name, he said give me another person name from same company.. extremely rude. until one of the staff member guided us to the correct office. found the packages bit more expensive and guess there was lack of interest. the office did not look very inviting, sorry for this feedback. but i expected bit more from them.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in emirates holidays. I recently had a family holiday to w Dubai expecting kids under 12yrs to eat free from kids menu as per the special offer on early booking and the voucher we received. Unfortunately this was not the case when we arrived at hotel. After contacting Emirates Holidays they did not honour the voucher or care that they had tricked us into thinking this was the special offer. The Hotel agreed with us the offer should have been given as per the accommodation voucher and gave us half board for kids despite emirates holidays not agreeing to it. I have written an email of complaint, which I am still awaiting for a response from Emirates Holidays. Will not use service again.
Negative experience: Oh my god, what a nightmare. This was our second holiday w Emirates Holidays since we had such a great experience the first time but will probably be the last. Over two months before we were to leave I reached out to the EH team asking to confirm flight details as I checked and saw our original Emirates flight schedule had changed and it looked like we were now missing our connecting flight. The EH team told me they would be in touch and there was nothing to worry about. I went ahead and finalized payment. Emirates Holidays weren't in touch until weeks later, that too after constant follow ups from me being like HEY LOOKS LIKE THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH OUR FLIGHTS, they came back and said yeah our Emirates flights have been canceled so can you please pay an additional 10% of the total holiday cost for us to rebook you with our partner airline. This was about a month before the holiday. We can all use the internet, I saw prices increasing for the connecting flight we were supposed to take every week that EH did not get in touch to fix the situation that Emirates & Emirates Holidays should fully be responsible for. It took weeks for them to get approvals from different management teams to move our flight, to what would have been UNBELIEVABLY inconvenient for us, giving us an 11 hour layover from 10 pm- 8 am the next day. Eventually we paid the extra 10% to move our flights to something that wasn't ridiculous. The flight back; Emirates Holidays did not give us a booking/ticket number for the ticket they booked with their partner airline. We were unable to check in at kiosks at the airport. At the check in desk the airline representative was unable to find our booking in their system and kept asking for a ticket or booking number - which we did not have. This issue seemed to have more to do with the domestic carrier and they eventually sorted it after two hours of us standing at their counter like idiots with too much time to waste. Would have been a lot more convenient if Emirates had provided us with a ticket or booking number for this flight in order for us to to have SOMETHING to show to the airline representatives. All in all super inconvenient, Emirates Holidays is like a travel agent for Emirates flights and hotels and it appears they're not very good ones.
Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience with the staff is completely unsatisfactory. As I walked in all the ladies sitting pretended to be busy though I was the only customer and they wouldn’t even answer my good afternoon. I tried to ask one of the agents for a package to Thailand and what is the difference between Emirates airlines and Emirates holidays if both offer hotel+flight . I was surprised at her answer “ go to the website” to know the difference !! Behaviors like these represent opportunity loss for the prestigious Emirates the best airlines in the world !

Negative experience: After a 15 hour flight we had to wait another 5 hours before we can check in thank you Emirates Holidays also did not allow us to change the return flight from Dubai to stay with family excuse they used is they are a package holiday so you need to pay another £1000 for a hotel that was not needed and did not allow Emirates Airline to change flights as they wanted to make more money I recommend you stay clear if you want a good stress free holiday and they have no link with the airline just the name.
Fantastic experience: Edit: Emirates holiday were in contact with me and sorted this issues, hence, I am changing my one star review to 4 to be fair. Their customer care system was outstanding. I booked an all inclusive holiday with Emirates. Unfortunately, my booking was missing one hotel day and the flight was a day later. I found out late and was quoted 600 pounds for 1 day in a different hotel. The website did not show any warning about the missing day.

Negative experience: The worst customer service! 3 days in a row waiting on the phone for 35+ minutes just for someone to answer and even when they do they tell you that they will get back to you at a specific time but never do and you have to keep following up and waiting for hours.

Negative experience: holding on the phone in excess of 15 minutes is not what i call service, deira loaction and Beach road closed, only one near Safa...which is impossible to access or park website does not accomodate requests so visit required

Negative experience: Shocking customer service a real let down .7 hours eacy day ringing for 2 days to get through whilst they work from home and don't pick up .no email confirmation sent so couldn't change a booking by a day despite not receiving this they charge me £175 additional to change the booking.....you must think twice about using these ,the lure is to travel to dubai but book 2ith somebody else .no customer service details, no emails nothing shocking

Negative experience: Once they sell you the holiday there is zero support and you spend your time in call queues or being bounced around. Once you arrive in resort, despite being told there will be a representative meeting you, there is no help, you are on your own

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with Emirates Holidays and specifically Ms. Leethiya at the Business Bay, Sheikh Zayed Road Travel Store. Fantastic experience: Lovely tour and holiday organising franchisee. Very well planned package with accurace of time and adventure. You will surely get satisfied with their services as they are so well experienced in this. They will organise your tour schedule, most visiting places plus you can add any of the destinations as per your choice. Travel and food organisation is top notch.

Negative experience: The worst customer service I have ever received. Whatever you do, do not book through Emirates Holidays. There were so many ways in which they underdelivered that if I wrote them here it would be end up being an essay. Utterly bemused and disappointed. To say that they have lost their way since Covid hit would be the understatement of the century.... I see they even had the audacity to reply to this post saying to contact Customer relations! I did multiple times. Even spent 2 hours on hold trying to call them before giving up. In the end it took 16 days for Emirates Holidays to finally get back to me. Doesn't take a genius to guess how useful the reply was either. Shocking.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service I paid for tickets and hotel First and before traveling date we found that the name is not exactly as passport, and they refused to change because they says that’s the customer mistake that we should check!? And we paid again for changing the name Second when we reached the hotel to finish the check in, the hotel explained that there is no payment, and we should pay to finish the check in , we tried to call but no answer and we received an email on the next day that the payment is done so we can go to the hotel!? So we went to other hotel , and we paid 50£ More for transferring to the other hotel, and when I asked for the refund the refused and later the reply that they will refund only 3 days and my payment for the hotel was for 7 days. Third Poor customer care , when I tried to make the complain there is no answer and sometimes i wait for more than 20 minutes, and they give me wrong e-mail for the complaints and no one’s follow up with us . Their is more but I can’t explain

Fantastic experience: A credit to the ground rep! At the hotel rui Dubai! I didn’t think much of the customers service back in the UK, hard to communicate with, unless your booking or making a booking, but that’s my experience! Used them for over 4 years for me and my clients but if it’s wasn’t for the customer service whilst in Dubai i would have used a alternative airline! Credit to Sara (the lady that represents emirates holiday at the hotel rui in Dubai.)

Negative experience: I tried calling EK holiday center for 3 days in a row and couldn't get hold of any agent to book my a holiday tour (I was waiting in the line for more than 30mins each time). I sent 3 emails with no response. Eventually I drove down to the branch just to find one lady working, and I happened to catch her on her lunch break. After she came back, I sat down with her, gave her all my details and my requirements and confirmed she will get back to me within a couple of days. 10days now I received nothing.. not even a single email or call back I called (3 times) and emailed again but again no response. In times were travel and tourism industry is suffering and scrapping for every single customer, EK Holiday decides to treat customers this way... I am disappointed to say the least. Not that it really matters, but I am a GOLD Skyward members. I can't imagine how they treat the not so "loyal" customers! Worst travel agency I had to deal with in my life....

Fantastic experience: A one stop shop for your holidays with a peace of mind. Amazing staff and local tour operator team (wherever your destination is). I had to go through a bit of turmoil in my holidays (to mauritius) but it was all sorted and finally had a great experience overall. All is well that ends well. Thanks to Emirates Holidays to keeping upto their standards of helping out their customers with prompt actions. Special thanks to Donna (senior manager I suppose) who worked out an alternative to Maradiva resort for remainder of our holidays!

Positive experience: It was very disappointing to stay in this amazing historical building and find this bad service from the staff although this is suppose to be a Sofitel management however the service in the hotel is not up to this 5 star hotel operator at all. Moreover the hotel needs a lot of engineering work to maintain this amazing historical building and provide the 5 star look at the same time. This is not achieved at all currently in the hotel . Food quality is below average . Although I am an accor gold member but unfortunately I will not recommend this hotel to anyone until the hotel operator enhance the whole experience at the hotel.

Negative experience: Unbelievably horrible service, genuinely shocking for a top-class carrier. Arrived in Lisbon only to find that the airport transfer driver I'd paid for didn't bother to show up or wait. Called customer service and they said he'd left already. There's no proof he even bothered to turn up in the 1st place as he didn't call or anything. And to make matters worse, I spent 40mins on the phone to customer service (mostly on hold) - I'll be charged for this heavily by my network provider. Shocking, shocking service from Emirates.
