Negative experience: الله يسامحكم انا حاجز قبل اكثر من شهر عشان تكون السفره مريحه للعائله والمبلغ موجود بس للاسف حجزكم ل رحلتي كان صفر اولا الفندق تكلمت وقلت ابغي مطله على الكعبه مثل كل مره حجزتولي مطل على الكعبه ارخص شي اطلاله ويندو يا اخي انا بدفع مش على حساب غيري ان شاء الله جناح المفروض توضحون للزبون هذي النقاط ثانيا العوده من مطار الحجاج لييييش المواطن الوحيد بين الاسيويين ليييش ناقصني فلووس مطار ارف وتوقيت الرحله ارف مطلعيني من الفندق ١٠ صباحا بحجة الشوارع تسكر انا شو ذنبي وذنب عائلتي والاطفال انا زبون الجأ للمكتب عشان يرتب رحله مريحه مش عشان اتبهدل بفلوسي وهذي اخر مره اتعامل معكم للاسف حجوزاتكم زيروو رحله ٤ اشخاص و ٣ ايام ب ١٣.٠٠٠ درهم ونفس المبلغ لو كان على مطارات ثانيه بس للاسف الحجز على اقل تكلفه
