Negative experience: Very remote.. difficult to move around, no parking... its most densed places of Dubai

Negative experience: The service is perfect and professional, except that the gentleman who works with the other Ethiopian lady is too brutal towards customers, we are in an aviation agency, not at school or in a military camp.. ☹️ Please rewatch this, the world is already stressful..

Positive experience: I used Ethiopian airways to relocate my 2 Persian cats in cabin from Zanzibar to Oman. I cannot fault their service from the office in Dubai with their help, the check in process, and the flight itself. Everyone at the airports were great with us, as were cabin crew. However, they did change our flight twice which made me have to change dates on health forms, once even bringing our flight forward 2 days. But the Dubai office quickly resolved it. The Zanzibar office was no help at all. They just told me cats were not allowed in Oman and sent me away. They need to get up to speed with the rules of the airline they work for.

Negative experience: Very cheap staf my brother was to go korea through this airlines everything clear but these cheap airport staf ofload him without any reason and not yet refund our ticket

Positive experience: As per telephone talk with one of their employee, this Travel office shifted from Dubai clock Tower Deira and installed in this place now. First time when I visit here to book domestic ticket Lilongwe to Harare I found this office well furnished with a number of good and responsive employee .
