Negative experience: It's pathetic; they are scammers. One of the individuals, named Aqeel, who works there, took payment for a ticket but issued a dummy ticket. It's been 25 days, and despite excuses, he hasn't issued the ticket or refunded the amount. The company isn't accommodating either. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please stay away.

Negative experience: Big professional company with speedy service. Obtained umrah visa through them. Initially they pressed me to book hotels and flights through them - you don't have enough to. Then after obtaining the visa they said it was compulsory to pay for transport from the airport to the hotel at a rate of 250dhs. Their service was fine but because of this I wouldn't book again through them.
