Negative experience: Pathetically slow ticket reservations with overpriced travel agent services. I booked an urgent ticket back in May, the agent lady took so long to arrange for the ticket that i missed my flight.. I gave them a second chance recently, and they charged me 85 Dirhams more than the airline itslef taking advantange of my urgency and lack of information. Later they again balatantly asked for 200 AED for the change in flight to a later date. No discount Overpriced tickets Painfully slow service Not gonna buy from them again no matter how urgent.
