Negative experience: Very Bad experience with Easemytrip, My flight was rescheduled by Airline with 8 hours postponed. I have cancelled the ticket with Airline and full refund was processed by Airline to Easemytrip, but Easemytrip refunded me not full amount, Easemytrip ate my money. I called Easemytrip and asked my money they said that convenience fee & other amount wont be refunded as mentioned in Easemytrip e-ticket. Unfortunately i didn't even receive E-ticket at the time of booking whereas i have received Air ticket directly from Airline. My Point is even though Airline has refunded full amount for their flight reschedule, but this Easemytrip hold & eat our money for nothing. Not at all accepted. I wont book anymore with Easemytrip.

Negative experience: I have booked a flight ticket for my family from Sharjah to Calicut and cancelled same day since Ease my trip team said there is a fare increase after my booking, then the refund will be get with in 5 to 7 days, now its 11 days over and the refund is not yet done, whenever approach customer care they are saying always about the gate way issue, I seem this is A FRAUD COMAPNY AND WILL BE APPROACH Dubai court for the charting cases. NO ONE SHOULD NOT APPRAOCH THEM FOR TICKETING

I went to the airport at the day of my flight only to be held by the airline as my booking was cancelled according to them. The airline confirmed that the cancellation was made by the agency which is EaseMyTrip. I asked for a refund and rebooked my flight out of my own pocket, Til now I'm chasing them to get my refund. They cancel your flight without prior notice and won't refund you. Beware of this company they steal money. I'm on the process of filing a criminal case

Negative experience: Tried to book tickets on Easemytrip Website. Easemytrip did not book tickets even after receiving the money. Visited their bur dubai sales office to know the status of my ticket. I was told easemytrip did not receive money hence booking was not made. Payment gateway confirmed that money was transferred to easemytrip account successfully. Luckily i booked another ticket frok some other website to avoid cancelling my plans. Its 4th day and i am still following up on easemytrip social media platform, their bur dubai office representative for refund of my money. Their insta page is giving same answer from day 1. Lets see how long easemytrip will take to refund the money.

Negative experience: THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. NEVER BOOK WITH THEM. I recently booked a flight through their website, but I never received the confirmation or PNR. I kept on calling them, and they replied always the same, "Wait for an hour or so. It will happen." Last at the 4th or 5th call, they responded, saying, i have to pay more to get the PNR." I told them to cancel and refund. They agreed but never got any confirmation or refund. I'm still chasing them for this on a daily basis! Don't fall for their scam, guys! The customer service team is also rude and of no help! They act as if we are calling to claim free tickets from them! I will surely file a case against them if the refund doesn't come through.

Negative experience: A bunch of thieves! DO NOT GO FOR THIS SITE nor fall for their scams. We bought ticket through them back in June 2023, they never confirmed the booking, then end of july when we chased, they informed that booking was rejected, and been chasing since then to get our money back (almost 3000 AED) and they just keep lying. Filing a case with Dubai ecrime, but not much hopes of getting our money back, hence alerting everyone NOT TO FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.
