Negative experience: Very unprofessional when i enquired about the holy land trip they asked few questions and stopped replying after knowing we are very small group. Never go with such kind of tours who does not know to value and treat everyone equally.

Negative experience: I called for details they never called back until a month later. They said they called, but my phone never showed missed calls I then spoke to the agent. Who knew nothing. I said I was Cuban American he said Cubans are allowed in Israel. HELLO! AMERICAN I AM AMERICAN...ANYWAY TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION HE SAID HE WOULD SEND TO MY EMAIL 3 WEEKS LATER I AM STILL WAITING. THIS COMPANY IS VERY BIASED AND ONLY WORKS WITH CERTAIN NATIONALITIES DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I MADE A CONNECTION IN JERUSALEM FOR TOURS AND THEY WORK WITH EVERYONE. YOU ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS
