Negative experience: I renewed my visa with them before new year. But it took 8-9 days for the processing. The delay is not in my side but on them and it took me 950-1000 aed to pay for my fines which is not my fault. It's their fault on not processing my visa properly. I hope you will have consideration on your customers.

Negative experience: They’ve shown today what the quality of their services they have...Very POOR quality.. Today should be the flight but because of their ignorances, lack of practices or very poor knowledge on what the immigration needs again they failed . Were not born yesterday, of course immigration needs the ORIGINAL copy of Birth Certificate of his cousin weather his cousin is not the passenger to SHOW to the immigration that they’re cousins/relative..but the agency kept on insisting that photocopy could be..is this how they know?..Oh my God!!!..Im a traveler how many times already but i bring my sister’s Original Copy of Birth Certificate,also his Husband and their marriage contract just in case because it is the Proof that were relative..I hope u guys Specially this agency know about it..very simple but they don’t know..how unlucky your clients could be.. #Victims of MajelanTours and Cargo
