Fantastic experience: Good

Negative experience: Booked a safari to get sent to a mass gathering of over 1000 people. Having paid a large amount of money to be told that camel riding and all food and beverage was included to then get charged on site. Paid extra for quad bikes for the booking then be told there was no quad bikes available. This was only some of the disasters that happened. Waiting in a cue like taxis for a 5 minute desert drive and to be shoved in with more people. Spent over 2 hours saying after we landed trying to just leave. Not being allowed to leave. Having all I wanted was to return with my family back home and be refunded my money willing to pay the pick up and drop off as a fair hand-off. Being ignored by the agents who booked the event and rude at the same time over the phone. Absolute worst experience ever and worst company to ever go with. Now trying to get my money back and getting no form of response or management feedback. Only nice person was the pick up driver. Never again will I ever contact this company or refer. This is not a true safari experience!!!!
