Negative experience: Not a good experience at all . Applied for my Canada visa from them and they have no clue what documents are required. Just took few documents and told us that since we are Dubai residents, we will get the visa in 2 to 3 weeks . All a lie . They forgot to ask us the most important document, invitation letter and company NOC to travel to apply for the visa . I had an emergency it due to their incompetence, my visa was rejected.i do not recommend this company to anyone who wants to apply for Canada visa or any visa for that matter . What a waste of money .
Hi Poonam The rejection of your Canadian visa was not due to incomplete documents but rather for other reasons which are clearly stated in the rejection letter you received and which we retain a copy of. Pease review the letter and feel free to take it up with the Canadian Consulate. The next steps are mentioned on the letter and you can choose to reapply if you wish to do so. Having said that, the outcome/decision and the duration it takes to process applications is not within our control, and to be penalized by a negative review because of an unfavorable outcome by a third party is, frankly speaking, unfair, disheartening, and damaging to our reputation. The fact that you found our services out of your price range doesn't warrant a 1 star rating that gravely damages our over all rating. We could have suggested alternative agencies that are more budget, such as Holiday Factory.
