She only wants money and after all the transactions she won't even care. Kabayans beware of this travel agency. Not recommedable.if you don't want headache, dont go here.

Positive experience: I had open heart surgery in March 2023. Riza Federio of Al Bustan Tours LLC Br 2, managed to coordinate my sisters flight to Dubai successfully! She gave us a list of documents to prep. From the moment she got everything from us, we received the visa less than 48 hours later- flights were booked with in an hour! I never had such a flawless experience with a travel agent who accommodated my inquiries & requests with calm and ease & responding in a timely manner. I am proud of this Kabayan! She met all my expectations and even managed a wheelchair for my sister (who has an implant) to navigate around the airports. Amazing! This lady & company managed to get my recovery faster with family beside me and I am forever thankful! <3

So far wala pa akong nagiging problema at saka responsive ang mga staff. The Tour consultant Mr George is very helpful and vaiuable guidance from A to Z for arranging Schengen visa for my Europe tour. Negative experience: One star is too much for them. I made transaction for Visa with RIZA FEDERIO (travel consultant). I thought it will be a smooth process with her. But then it took one week before I get a proper receipt with correct amount. For several days, she was refusing to give a receipt with proper amount reasoning that the difference was for bank charges. It doesnt make sense and very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Really unprofessional behaviour they didn't type my visa application correctly and now got rejected, i never face this issue before they should have type application correctly
