Negative experience: Worst service from their staff to their pocket wifi. Don't avail them there are others who have better offer.

Fantastic experience: En sortant de l'aéroport, après les douanes, et les tapis pour récupérer les valises, j'ai trouvé le magasin Kitmytrip assez facilement. J'ai présenté le QR code, et j'ai bien obtenu ma carte sim pour les data illimités + 100 minutes pendant 7 jours pour 57€. Après utilisation, je n'ai consommé que 6Go sur la semaine, donc le forfait à 35€ aurait été suffisant. Je n'ai pas eu de problème de connexion, ça a fonctionné sans problème. Par contre, il n'était pas possible d'appeler en visio ou audio avec Whatsapp, la connexion n'était pas bonne bizarrement.

Negative experience: I pre-ordered the sim from Alike (Du’s reseller). The sim worked for the first two days after that, it stopped working. We were in the mall of Emirates when this happened and luckily there was a du’s showroom and they told us that my information has been incorrectly entered by the staff who was issuing the Sim. A day later, my wife’s also stopped working because of the same reason. Avoid buying from here better to purchase it directly from Du’s store.

Positive experience: I pre ordered a SIM card on Get Your Guide the day before. The kit my trip shop was easy to find and wasn't busy at the time I arrived. I think I was in and out within 5 minutes.

Negative experience: Une expérience décevante avec "Kit My Trip" à Dubaï Je tenais à partager ma récente mésaventure avec l'offre mobile de "Kit My Trip" lors de mon séjour à Dubaï. En premier lieu, l'opérateur téléphonique inclus dans l'offre initiale "EteliSalat" a été substitué sans mon consentement, me laissant avec un service médiocre et un réseau instable avec "DU" . J'ai dû faire face à des coupures incessantes et parfois des heures sans internet ou GPS, essentiels pour naviguer en ville. Attiré par la promesse d'un package séduisant de 200AED avec 200minures d'appel et data illimités plus des offres sur des activités à Dubaï. Alors concernant les coupons pour plus de 3000 excursions, je me suis rapidement retrouvé face à une réalité bien amère : seulement 15 offres décevantes loin des avantages promis. Après avoir exprimé ma frustration, le service après-vente s'est contenté d'un geste commercial minime, offrant un accès à des "deals" sans intérêt comparé à ce que proposent Groupon ou Kidzapp. Quant aux prétendues réductions dans les restaurants, elles se sont avérées inexistantes. Encore une fois, des plateformes comme Groupon, Careem ou Talabat offrent de bien meilleures options. En conclusion, loin de la proposition alléchante du vendeur, j'ai été confronté à une série de déceptions. Je conseille vivement de fuir cette offre et de se tourner vers des alternatives plus fiables. Ne vous laissez pas séduire par les offres de "Kit My Trip" : c'est une promesse vide et un service client insatisfaisant.

Negative experience: Fraud warning. The Sim died within 3 days. It was the staff on the left in the group photo. Avoid their service.

Negative experience: Brought a sim card they gave me a Du Sim card it worked for 24 hours and that was a free offer from Du. After it stopped working when I contacted them asked me to visit DU store. However the two Du stores I visited are sending me to different location as I am on a Tourist Visa. Very unreliable and stupid service donot be fooled by this company just get sim card from DU at the airport directly if want a sim card that works ...

Negative experience: They claimed they did not know about the DOUBLE DATA offer and nade me pay extra for more data, when I could have had twice the data on my original plan. Not knowing is a blatant lie as Du and Vodacom both had the offer at the time in general. Even their customer service WhatsApp became defensive and did not want to acknowledge that they charged me extra. Total idiots.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with them, bought IMG tickets for a friend on klook. They were the sellers, tickets emailed almost instantly. Got a SIM card with 6GB data and 30 flexi minutes valid for 30 days, for each ticket. We got 3 SIM cards for 2/3rd price of the actual IMG tickets, what a steal. Quick service to setup the Sim cards too. I don't know if this helps anyone but 1 passport can only have 2 active SIM cards on it.

Fantastic experience: I visited the T3 branch in Dubai airport on 19 November 2021. There was a trainee member of staff who tried his best to help. Also the after care offered by another member of their staff (a female lady) was very helpful. She even went to the carpark to help is look for a lost phone.

Negative experience: Seems like a scam. Pre ordered on 29 June 2021 and received confirmation. Arrived at DXB KitMyTrip on 3 July and gave my ID and confirmation number. They took all my info again as if I never registered online. This took 10 minutes. Then they told me the system was down and it could take up to 3 hours. I could not wait at the airport for three hours. I gave them my credit card details and my email address. Was told I would get a refund within 3 days and an email confirmation. 6 days later and I received nothing. This is either a scam or they just assume I will forget about it.

Fantastic experience: As a tourist it is very handy when you have internet everywhere in Dubai and don‘t need to change your local Sim on your Phone. Bookmywifi was very good. The Device was not to big to put in the pockets and the Speed of the Internet was also very good. No problem with connection between Phone and Router. Everything worked fine. Negative experience: I took du sim and connection on arrival in dxb terminal 1 but they did cheating by recharging with 50AED instead of 75 AED which I took and paid. Even they took passport and visa after 1st day getting messages about documents saying invalid and connection is disconnected.. Its complete waste and don't take it from bookmywifi.

Negative experience: I took a prepaid sim for my vacation in Dubai Airport and it stopped working after a day due to an ID issue. I had to spend time by visiting the DU store and resubmitting the documents but still it didn't get activated. A complete waste of my money.

Negative experience: This is in reference to expereience at terminal 3 in Dubai international. The staff demeanor and attitude is below any known standards to me. They collected charge for services not rendered. A faulty non-functioning device from getgo. Found out when I was miles away in Abu Dhabi and they were not able to resolve the issue remotely. They did not replace the device or issue a refund. Ended up resolving the matter via port authorities and my bank. We ended up using our international phone roaming data. This business along with their online affiliate kkday function, to put it simply, as thugs. beware of inflated score by pseudo-local reviews.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful to stay connected everywhere in Dubai, even in the middle of the desert ! A huge thanks to Iqbal whose been very kind and with an high service level ! Bookmywifi staff call me few hours after getting the portable wifi : they were worried about a connection issue due to technical problem. They send me a link on the local Virgin account and asked me to change a password to move to another IP adress to be sure to not have any connection issues. However, I got some issues with my mail box and were not able to open the link and at the end change the password... Iqbal (BookmyWifi staff member) came personnaly to our hotel to change the account (I was unable to fix the link issue in my mailbox) and definitively resolve the problem. During this change and since I've took the portable wifi, I've not had any connection issues ! So thanks once again for the service and profesionalism to make sure that we'll be satisfied ! At the end this was a very go decision to take this portable wifi, wifi in malls are not stable enough and the connection quality with portable is is very good everywhere we've been ! We've even been able to watch wifi during long transportations ; ) When I'll go again in Dubai (cause I'll !), I'll rent again my portable wifi !

Positive experience: Iqubal was very helpful, and even arranged for 3GB of bonus data to be added to my plan. (I went with the sim card option, not standalone WiFi device) I wish the process was a bit faster and more streamlined though, and I wish I would be made aware of the option to use eSim instead of the physical sim (It took me couple days to realize that I could switch to eSim in the app).

Negative experience: Although having reserved and payed online, we had to queue for more than 30 minutes just to pick up the sim at a desk that was manned by just one person. Consider the other providers that are better staffed.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service - aparently if you don't have the app to track your usage then too bad you don't know how much data you have used. Furthermore my device was never reset so I never had any idea how much data had been used in the first place. In addition I had used the so called customer service 'hotline' to get an update on data however never received a response even though I had follwed up on multiple occasions. Absolutely shocking service would not recommend and would definitely use another provider.
