Negative experience: Tried to call them based on the timing shows in the google map, but no one responds to the calls!! Disappointing!

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience with this company. I availed the company's services for a 3 month visa extension for my father. They kept delaying the process and kept giving false promises. Whenever I checked with them for an update they used to give numbers of different people and ask me to deal with them. Finally I had to pay a late fine. Disappointed with the unprofessional service of Bin Moosa Travels.

Negative experience: I will not recommend bin moosa travel LLC. When I went to ask UAE visa for my family. The guy in office said that I will have to deposit 8000 dihram as a security deposit. I was surprised to hear that as I have enquired about visa in other agency too no one asked to deposit any amount for UAE Visa. Don't know what their policies are. Thanks for Abkar Travels they had done my visa taking only visa amount nothing else. Anyways my family came and went back to India, and we had good time for 15 days in UAE. Bin moosa simply fools people.

Last month we went for holidays to Paris & Swiss and all the arrangements was done by Mr.Deepu, his customer service and dedication was outstanding. He booked the finest hotel in Swiss & Paris for us which is located in heart of the city which saved lots of money for transportation,and the hotel itself is fantastic with those price,as we got family suite room and as i went there with my 3 kids they dont have any objection for staying 3 kids in a room. ( in online booking hotels dont allow more than 2 kids, we have to pay for it, experinced in last year ) also we got the booking less price than in any online site, for that Mr.deepu communicated with me for hours just to compare the price with online. Also thanks for saving my 3000 dhs by finding out the mistakes in flight details dates and timings ( i booked those tickets through online ) Also arranging all those Train tickets , disneyland tickets and car rentals way cheeper than online and convinieant ( you can avoid all those long que in every place by booking from here itself ) Overall 5 star from my side and family for a private guiedlines and assistance through out the holidays. We all rush to online booking and savings, but came to know this year that we can have fantastic customized holidays through travel agency with the help of people like Mr.Deepu. Waiting for the next year holiday...!!!!! BS
