Fantastic experience: Welcome drinks and coke were provided . Dinner was delicious with starters, Indian breads, side dishes, salads, biryani, rice, dessert, pasta , non veg varieties etc. view of the Dubai city, especially JBR, Ain Dubai, were spectacular. Their performances with Arabic songs also were beautiful. Speakers were available with music. Kids also enjoyed dancing to the tunes.

Negative experience: I would like to send you my feedback about last desert safari with you It was on Saturday 02 February The driver reached at 15:52 The driver took us the bike area and it wasn’t agreed to stop for the bike, we had to wait 20 mn for others to finish their bike We went for the dunes very late and it was dark we couldn’t enjoy the view When I complained to you he took us at the entrance of the bike area for the pictures and we didn’t enjoy the desert at all When I told him that based on my previous experience we go for the dunes and we stop to enjoy the sunset for a minute and take pictures, he said take the pictures at the camp during the night We reached the camp it was dark, the belly dance finished the show and time to find a table, the tanura show done also No one was there to guide us where to sit and what was the plan, I had to ask for everything When u complained to the driver he said you came for dinner safari which is not the plan For me enjoying the desert during the light day was more important I’ll put my comment in Google viewer and complain about you This isn’t correct what you did

Negative experience: Worst experience we had is with this Raina tours.They are the worst on timing.They delayed and took us there at 8 45pm. The staff said to sit on lower deck without checking name . When asked he said your agent Booked in lower deck.But he was leaving other people in the upper deck When asked to show our name and which deck they booked they just kept lying. This was the second poor response.Thirdly when we kept asking to show the proof they said they will arrange in upper deck which means there’s no such thing as upper deck lower deck booking.This initially made us extremely disappointed since we put our hard earned money and come to tourism here. 2.Food was extremely below average.You cannot enjoy much varieties 3.They said pick up and drop available and our agent books that .While picking up they waited for everyone and we waited for more time till they take the cab.They counted the number and name who is going in this cab when picking up.Return when we came at 10 15 cab was not available and when called driver says everyone came without even counting the numbers and said if you want book cab and go.They left without even checking how many members got in to cab.we spent 100 diharams to book taxi and return hotel which is additional burden.The driver was never sorry also and said as if fault is from our side .We didn’t receive any call when they started the cab. 4.They don’t have proper communication also and not understanding anything and driver was not at all polite.They don’t know how to manage their guests and treat them good . They delayed pickup they delayed cruise time and at night 10 15 pm they left us without waiting and said in a lethargic way everyone came and we took the cab. Dubai marina cruise is fantastic but never choose Raina tours for your experience. Definitely not recommended

Negative experience: Please avoid it.. They overbook the upper deck, no place to sit. Food needs to be improved a lot, not worth the money you pay for... Doesnt look clean either. They guys working in the dhow were helpful in arranging the alternative when we din have place to sit on the upper deck. This is something management should keep track of If you are planning to go here on special occasion such as bday or aniversay, please avoid it. Booking was done on rayna tours, din expect they provide such bad service I think now owner will respond, "We have checked in our reservation system, we never had booking under your name"

Positive experience: We had a relatively pleasant experience on the boat, enjoying the views and the food was pretty good, but - the agent responding to my inquiries on Whatsapp (Sudhir) messed around with me by sending me the wrong pin, wrong departure times, repeating the same (wrong) messages and actually patronising me, adding unnecessary stress before departure - the departure was then hugely delayed, which is really unacceptable since people actually have a life and, in this case, our visitors to catch an early flight. So instead of 8.15pm, as booked and confirmed, we only started the trip after 9pm - the loudspeakers kept blaring music in our ears making it difficult to impossible to enjoy a nice dinner and conversations. Some of the speakers are badly maintained and were crackling very badly. The best time we had was while the life entertainment happened downstairs because the music on the upper deck was off. In short: with a few minor adjustments (competent staff at the Help Desk, keep background music where it belongs, jn the background, and maintaining the equipment a bit better) this cruise could easily become a 5* experience

Fantastic experience: Marina cruise is amazing. It generally starts in the evening so that we can enjoy the lighting. The entire stretch/ route is superb. Also, depending on the cruise operator, you can experience different food options & seating arrangements.

Negative experience: Tried the Marina Dhow Cruise yesterday. Tour was nice but food was horrible, almost inedible. Please do better, least you can do is SALT the food. And the music was very obnoxiously loud.

Positive experience: I went in the dow night cruise, It was all Indian people on here! All food was curry apart from one pasta dish for English people. The dancer was really good. Got 2 small soft drinks. I also went on city tour it was really good. Hash (@ The canvas hotel) is very informative and helpful

Fantastic experience: The cruise was really great. It was Aisha cruise. Food was awesome, I had heard about other cruises which don't provide good food, but this cruise provided Indian food. Deserts were really great.

Positive experience: We booked a dhow cruise for having dinner from dhow cruise and was great experience as they show arabian dance and buffet dinner. From the dhow cruise we could see beautiful lighting in the bank of water.

Positive experience: Yesterday visited with my family , the experience was not good , delayed in departure because the guy on the main gate he don't have information about Rayna group. that was not a dhow cruise 2 or 3 tour operator joint together and hired a cruise/boat. Food quantity was not enough . Over all rate this tour operator is 3

Negative experience: Good points about the tour: 1. Excellent view of Marina, JBR and Blue waters island. 2. Very good food arrangement. The food and drinks service by the staff was very good. 3. Cruise sail time and duration was good and convenient for a dinner party. 4. Cruise was neat and clean. Spoilers: 1. We were looking forward to booking this tour as a group with a good deal. We called the customer care number several times given on the portal. Each time we called, every customer care executive gave us different quotation. Conclusion: Staffs are not well informed. 2. We asked that we specifically want the upper deck for all of us. We were informed that it's first cum first serve so better we visit the departure location early around 8.15 pm so that the deck is made available to us. When we reached the location around 8.00 pm with my small baby, we were informed that our seats were reserved down floor and not on the deck. Conclusion: Communication gap amongst staff members. 3. There is huge coordination problem and communication gap again between the staff members. As a tour manager, Ms Prabha neither respects her colleagues nor her clients. She lacks professionalism, client satisfaction factor. She is not generous, helpful and she is very rigid minded. May be she has dealt with numerous guests in such a rude manner. But for me, it was my baby's special occasion and her first party and I wanted to celebrate it with memorable moments. She just spoilt everything. Very very annoying it is. We are really very disheartened with Rayna tours. Rayna Tours should train Prabha well so that no one else gets "paid" rude behavior.

Negative experience: An average dhow cruise on the creek side with the worst service and an average buffet. The cruise started and I was late to take the buffet and then when I went to check for food they said it’s finished. The behavior of the staff was very bad.

Positive experience: 3.5 star food is average shared table cost is around 125 AED pp it's around 1 hrs round Upper deck is good, many other cruises avaliable

Negative experience: Didn’t like Dubai Marina dhow cruise at all! First of all, the boat got delayed in departure by 20 min because as they said captain and one family was getting late. All those clarifications were given only after numerous questions to the boat personnel. Quality of the show itself was below average, table cloths and cutlery were not fresh. Food is very limited, you cannot even call it a buffet. So don’t expect wide variety, along with very low quality of food. Also “views of palm Jumeirah and Burj al Arab” will never be there, it’s only cruise along the marina building that’s it . Entertainment includes very famous tanoora dance and that’s it, even music was very poor. Stuff on the boat my hardly speak English. Was greatly disappointed as I took my guest who were visiting Dubai , and it was not a great experience at all.

Negative experience: The one star is only for the Dhow ride only. I chose the Dhow cruise over many others because of the menu. The food was a disaster. First off, they have Vegetable spring rolls and chicken tikka listed under starters served on the table, all we got was the ice cold chicken and the spring rolls never showed up! A lot of food listed on the menu was not even there! The assorted bread basket was only naan bread, Tabouleh, and the assorted pastries and creme de fruta under desert were not there at all, the pasta with mushrooms had no mushrooms. All the food was cold. They had it organized by turn where they call people sitting in the front first and so on. We we're sitting in the back, and by the time it was our turn, there was very little left in some trays and some completely empty trays! They also say that the cruise is approximately 3 hours, well it's not! It's about 1 and a 1/2 hour sailing in the water. We arrived on time and once the doors were open, we sat waiting for an hour before they sailed. So all in all, they give you misleading information on each level. Also beware that they might have different names for that tour maybe because they don't want people to be able to write reviews. On rayan tours website it's called "Dhow Cruise Dinner - Marina", but when I contacted them for an address to get there I was told to google "little mermaid dhow cruise" and when we got there the sign on the dhow says: " Aisha floating Restaurant"! If you go on rayantours website, you can't write a review although they have 5 star reviews posted.
