Fantastic experience: If you are planning to get a visa change, I would highly recommend to get it from smart travel. They are more cheaper compared to others and as long as you follow their instructions like submitting the requirements before the day of your exit, be on the airport as they have instructed you to be there - you would not have any problem at all. Like they can give your visa before you take off. Trust me. Many friends of mine and I were happy with their visa services. Don't get confused of who you gonna speak to when it comes to visa change - just look for Mr. Ashik, one of their good travel agent who can serve you best.

Later, Ms.Waed assisted me with great humility, explaining everything thoroughly. During our trip, the operation manager, Niyaz, joined us and his professional and humble interaction left a lasting impression.Our guide, Mr. Nabeel, was friendly and expertly knowledgeable, driver was friendly too. Overall, our trip to Jordan was memorable, thanks to the smart travel and staffs for exceeding our expectations and providing top-notch service.

Negative experience: Not even one star ..... worst experience ever.... you you will arrive they will change everything like your hotel driver and plans on the name of upgarding if you will ask them anything they will say we upgarde it we pay from our pocket .... worst means more that that tours ever in india .....

Negative experience: Never go through this service . Their PRO won’t turn up and am started in the airport . If you have none in uae you are stranded forever . The staff of will not take responsibility. As a woman am stranded in terminal 2 . Just because their PRO didn’t turn up to immigration officer as directed. The staff will fool saying lame reasons. Please don’t ever go through this agency . When asked for senior manager number staff didn’t The number Iam accessing to connect to manger is not responding today 30 Jan 2023 5:59 pm. Airport to airport transfer I paid 1500 AED Iam stranded in the airport no food no water and no money just because their pro didn’t turn up Iam suffering here . The staff is now not responding to my messages Day 2 at dubai airport stranded the owner responded to the message but no any actions the staff says pro at the immigration and no any changes until now and they don’t respond Anyways done or not I am raising a complaint. Stranded at airport with multiple health issues and no money for food . Day 2 midday

Negative experience: Very poor service, they wil take all charges but they will not do anything, you have to suffer at airport. And if you call them from airport they won't respond, even 100 time you call. Very worst service and experience. Never recommend to anyone, specially for visa change. They are making fools only, otter lying.

Negative experience: دھوکہ باز, धोखाधड़ी करने वाले, SCAM, They are Scammers!! I wish I could give them zero star. I applied for a UAE visa using Smart Travel service and the visa got rejected because of a typo error in the mother name. They used some wrong name in the mother name area and now telling me it's my fault. They are rude, They misbehave on the phone and not ready to accept the mistake they made. You should not visit them or use their service, I'll make a complaint against them in the interior ministry.

Negative experience: Greedy as hell.They handle my Visit visa while I applied through a typing centre. Later i had to ask for an NOC related to the same visa to which they have charged 1275AED already.Then they asked for 750 AED again just to sent an email by some guy Mr Javed. Don't trust these people. Always looking to take advantage of their clients.

Negative experience: I’ve been a regular customer for the past few years and they were great, their CSR’s were great. They recently changed their staff again I guess and the newest lady (her name is Risha I guess) who I spoke to first of all lied to me saying the visa will be done by today and now that I’ve made the payment she is saying she hasn’t even applied yet. And when I confronted her for doing that she is just being so rude and arguing with me instead of accepting what she has done. I would always only do my traveling works from through SMART TRAVEL but I think this will be the last time.
