Their extensive knowledge of local geography and the Hajj process ensured a smooth experience. They crafted a well-organized itinerary, with hotels and Mina camps conveniently located within 600 meters, making it easier to manage the heat and physical activities. They were always available for transportation and offered 24/7 assistance, which was very reassuring. Their thorough orientations helped me pack efficiently and understand what to expect. Overall, I highly recommend 3NNN to travelers from UAE and India for their outstanding service and care.

Positive experience: We took the Hajj package from them, Alhamdulillah! 3N treated us like family! They were available day and night for the group. Specially Nabil, is the best person to deal with, very calm and composed. Honestly, there were some glitches in Mina, but we understand the fact that 3N were also dependent on the Saudi contracting companies, so kindly keep that in mind. But the location of the tent in Mina and hotel in Azzizia was just perfect. We received good quality products like Ihram, umbrella, backpack, passport bags etc from them. From orientation to planning and execution they are very well experienced. Highly recommend their company

Positive experience: We traveled with 3N for Hajj this year and honestly they were on their toes, delivering their best services from start till end. Caring for their clients as family. In the ladies side, we had Attiya aunty from 3N who was constantly in touch with all of us, caring and catering to our needs. We had the right guidance from her to perform all arkans of Hajj. Its a thumbs up from my side.

Most importantly they know how to make the best itinerary to make sure all Hajj practices are completed with perfection. They book hotels and Mina camps within 600mts of distance which really helped in managing the heat and physical activities. They also provide transportation whenever required and have 24*7 assistance available. Their orientations were really detailed which helped us pack necessary stuff and maintain ground expectations. All in all I would recommend 3NNN to all folks travelling from UAE and India.

During the orientations we were prepared mentally for the journey and Alhamdulillah everything went as planned. We performed all Hajj practices on time and without any hassle. I would highly recommend 3NNN because they are always available and tag along to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Negative experience: Please stop faking the Haaajees.You have no rights to take so much money and delivery not good.Poor customer and overall service bad.Dont go to 3N and spoil the Hajj journeys.I am not recommend them because of lazy and cheap attitude.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this group. The initial conversation with Nadish was great and seemed like a very promising trip. This was our first time doing Umrah so we wanted to have everything planned out so that we didn't have any issues. Once we paid for our trip everything went downhill. 3 days leading up to the trip we were missing information like the hotel and had so many questions that we didn't get answered. The day that we were flying out we were still receiving information about the trip. We were given a contact person who would be in Saudi Arabia(SA) that would be the point of contact throughout the trip. Throughout the whole trip this person never responded and I had about 10 different numbers on my phone from people we were having to get in touch with to help us. When we arrived at the airport it took about 30 minutes to find the person who was supposed to drive us from Jeddah to Madinah, then we found out this was not the driver but the organizer so it took another hour to find a car to take us......the person driving us was what just a paid car who the person didn't speak English and was just instructed to drop us at our hotel. So you could imagine we were hoping to have someone to answer questions and help us as a guide but that was not possible. I could write much more for the entire trip but would not want to write 30 pages. To sum up the rest of the trip we had issues with transportation from place to place and realized that Three N Travel outsources everything so each time we were getting a ride from Madinah to Makkah, Makkah to the Airport was a different contact person. The hotel that was on our itinerary for Makkah was not the actual hotel we were staying at so they sent us the wrong information which was s 3 hour event of driving around and trying to get in touch with the Dubai people to help get this sorted. The SA contact person contacted me back after several attempts on my end saying if we needed anything to let him know but it was the last day of our very unorganized 5 day trip. He then said that he was only the person for Makkah(we were at Madniah at this point) but that he was just in charge of hotel bookings. Overall this was one of the most unorganized and stressful trips. The purpose of having them book is to help us but realized we paid all this money just to do a visa, book 2 hotels and arrange car rides but not actually have any assistance on the trip. The whole time we were reaching out to the Dubai person to get a hold of someone in country because nothing was like he said it would be. At that point a random person would call us or message us who for most situation the person knew little english so trying to sort things was not good. Looking back I could of done these things myself if I knew how unorganized and how there is no streamline in terms of communication with the Dubai and SA people for trips was organized by them. I would never recommend this group for anyone who is looking for a experience with support during their trip.

Negative experience: Do not book with this agency. They will scam you out of your money and refuse to answer your messages after receiving the money transfer from you. Our umrah trip was a disaster

Fantastic experience: Performed umrah with my family before and now in Ramadan. Alhamduillah we are happy with their services.
