Negative experience: The experience to book air ticket was very poor. The staff is not cooperative and they SHOUT on the customers. They charge AED 100 extra from the online price to me for the service charges and they send me reservation as the ticket. When I asked them I need the confirm ticket as I paid for ticket that person was stubborn to use the same reservation on the airport. Secondly they use the wrong name on the reservation and they said they cannot fix it. If something happen on the airport we can use his name as reference (what a joke, he thinks all the airport staff his relative). I highly never recommend never buy any service from them. They are not trust worthy. They are expensive and do not understand the meaning of service for which they are charging extra 100 AED.
