Negative experience: Very poor services for Visa, very bad behaviour of a manager he doesn't even know how to talk, what happened with me is that they applied a visa for me to Saudia, then according to them I got rejected they took more money from me and next day I got same visa what I got rejected and they promise to give me a visa for pilgrimage. Worst experience really they don't respect at all. I hope this will help some other guys who are looking for these services plz try to find some other agency they're not good in business.

Fantastic experience: I applied for UK visa for myself and my family through Akbar Travels. Thanks to their consultant Mr Abdur Rahman for his guidance and uploading all relevant documents. Received the visa within the due date. The entire process was simple and seamless.

Negative experience: Worst service ever experienced with a travel agency. I don’t know other branches mentioning about Abu Dhabi branch. no accountability, no professionalism because of them Iam going to miss one of my long term plan to travel USA for an event this year.

Negative experience: I took a visa extension and it wasn't filed in UAE immigration, i had to pay a huge amount fine just because travels irresponsibility. When i asked about it they are saying me to check on immigration. ‍♂️

Negative experience: My experience with Akbar Travels Abu Dhabi has been highly unsatisfactory. Despite booking a flight with them months ago, they failed to notify me when the airline canceled my flight. Their communication with customers is shockingly poor, and their customer service leaves much to be desired. This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable for any travel agency.

Negative experience: I have very bad experience my visa was delayed and I had to canceled 3 flight tickets. When I asked them they said its embassy fault and when I enquire in embassy I got to know they have outsourced it and relevant company didn't had enough quota. Prefer to avoid Akbar Travels.

Negative experience: Worst customer service ever. The staff in the travel agency should have spealized customer service classes and learn how to respect the customer. On top of that they are worst in term of racism. Just because my brother was not indian it seemed the staff started to abuse and mock based on country. The travel ads they post on facebook page is something which they say is applicable only for indian nationality. Other nationalities are not applicable. On top of that thier response is more challenging which they say if you have travelled show us the pic will see how you have travelled to the targeted country. Surprisingly i see many fellow indian in this page are also complaining of thier extraordinary customer service and attitude towards thier customers. The staff who was dealt is Mr Fazal. Incase if thier management cares enough to get thier customer reviews.STAY AWAY FOR THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. YOU HOLIDAYS WILL BE DOOMED

Fantastic experience: Irresponsible and inhuman attitude to customers... Do not recommend at all.... My family missed the flight on 10th of Sep'21 and I called intimate the same to their staff and she was finding who's mistake instead of suggesting other options and solutions. She Neither shown the mannerism to attend my call nor to call me back. These kind of staffs will surely harm Akbar travels reputation and need to be trained for behavioral and attitude approach...

Negative experience: Worst customer service, no proper response. No guideness To apply visiting visa others travels need 2 to 3 working days n Akbar travels need 2 to 3 weeks. If one staffs on leave no one is there to follow up. Waste of money , i dnt need to give star but without star it's not posting my comment. Totally waste of money and time

Negative experience: Please don't book your ticket in Akber travels abu dhabi they are cheaters, please dont waste your money,firstly they don't have manners to talk with client, they are not Responding properly when clients was stuck in airport, my brother make a ticket in akber travels abu dhabi unfortunately my brother got ticket rapid covid test positive in airport, so he informed to travel agent,she told that your ticket has been cancelled and after 7 days if you get negative report then you'll get ticket just you need to pay if ticket fare is high, my brother got negative report then i request to book a ticket , then they ask more money to book a ticket and they said your refund only just tax amount and that amount you'll get after 14 days clearly they mention , after 14 days. I ask tax refund amount and they said your tax amount we include in ticket fare,they are eating haram money, please don't waste your money

And later said now flight full for 14th. How come they did not accommodate in 14th flight when I paid for it

Negative experience: Worst place no responsibility of there after taking ticket from them .they will not provide any updates regarding flight status.with me I have booked the flight for dubai to Jaipur for 3 april 2021 and on 2 april 2021 I went akbar travels for Air suvidha but they had not informed me that my flight was cancelled and I got information when I reached dubai on 3 april 2021 and air India staff told me that they send me mail which was akbar travels on 21st March .this is the responsibility of akbar travels regarding customers
