Negative experience: Acutely they’re taking the money and they not making the visa at all i have 16 days waiting to get visit visa to my brother if I make it in other place it will take maximum 4 to 5 days and now i am going to Dubai to make it by myself they do nothing and I can’t get my money back.

Negative experience: I have booked for a flight on May but unfortunately, flight suspended due to COV ID 19.I keep on calling to there office but no one is answering.I keep on sending an email to the agent her name is Megha Jose but no even proper advised or don’t care even..I asked her if I will cancel my booking even I will pay for cancellation fee, she just replied to me that the airlines is not giving the money.I don’t know what kind of customer service you have..no even proper assistance to customers.Dont even knows how to handle customers.They just took our money for the payment after that they even don’t care...The worst travel agency ever...
