Negative experience: The most grumpiest staffs we’ve ever met, especially for customer service. Also they charge extra 2.5% for card payments which is illegal. Full scam and worse service!

"Mr.Shamsudeen" is one of the most efficient person I have come across and provides the best service. I didn't even have to visit the branch again for the work, everything co ordinated over the phone and online, and job completed in less than 24 hours. Thank you so much !!

Negative experience: Terrible attitude of the agent in al nahda sharjah branch. I went to enquire about a flight. The agent was glued to his computer, not answering my questions clearly. Looked like he is doing a favour on me. I got my answer but only after i asked many questions. He didn't give me options. Gave me just one flight which landed very early morning in india despite other options. I had to keep asking check this airline, can you please tell the times etc. I went a second time after deciding my option but same attitude. I returned back without booking and did it myself. If you are not interested in servicing customers during such bad times what kind of business will you get? There are only 2 agents in this office and it was empty with no customers. Maybe they are short staffed but this attitude will not help them. Not recommended. Please use smaller agencies instead. They are much more keen on getting business. Akbar Travels is probably proud of its reputation and hence the attitude.
