Positive experience: DNTA travel if you visit any Mall, service is good, But when you try to change tickets when you are outside of the country, difficult to reach over the phone, always press 2, 1,3, and many agents from DNTA never follow up, just keep on hold, the promise will come back after 10 min. Same service by what's app. But still working with DNTA after so many years. Many thanks to Binesh & Nadya Air Astana team. Appreciate Ibrahim and Nazeer who keep amended tickets, and also one more colleague from MOE DNTA. Thanks for being patient and professional work.

Fantastic experience:

Positive experience: I bought a ticket from dnata before Covid but could not travel as flight were suspended. Dnata has been unhelpful and difficult all along. All our tickets bought directly from Emirates were treated fairly. This one bought via dnata was a pain with Dnata charging for everything and taking forever with the changes. I was lucky to find Mercy Ngugi who sorted my ticket out so my staff can now travel. Without Mercy, Dnata would have zero stars
