Negative experience: Perhaps the most ridiculous experience of my life. I don’t recommend anyone to go there. I am not someone who write reviews, but for them i have to write really. Food: I wish i had a negative rating for the standard of food. THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A BEGGERS. LITERALLY the Barbecue guy would serve one small piece of boneless chicken and would ask you to come back again. Like seriously guys. Service: The waiters would treat you like a piece of trash. As if you work for them. Your table can be shared. Every table needs to be fully occupied is their god damn rule. So ridiculous service. Entertainment: They don’t have E from Entertainment. Belly dancers, minimum 55 years old. They were moving their heads all the time. Hahahah. It was awful. Don’t ruin your desert safari experience by going to their camp.

Negative experience: Not at all advisable for children and families. Smoking pots everywhere, they don't have separate zone for smokers and non-smokers. Food: ⭐ ⭐ ( BBQ is not upto the mark, other varieties are good) Entertainment: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Rides, activities etc: Only dune bashing is good and rest all camel rides: only few meters with huge queue; hena only about 2 inch designs. Rest rooms: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Cab services: ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ In table services: ⭐ Assistance: ⭐ ( They are very rude and not helping even though you pay extra for those so called vip upgrades) Overall not worth it.

Negative experience: Sehr unfreundliches Personal, schlechtes Essen, reine Geldabzockerei, obwohl wir VIP mit extra Gebühren hatten! 1 Stern ist auch zu viel!

Negative experience: Disappointment is an understatement of how I am feeling with the service provided by Atlanta tourism & travel Dubai. I have been on safari tours in Dubai 3 other times, and I was very pleased with the service and experience they provided me. I expected something similar when it came to booking Atlanta tourism as I paid the same price as I have the other 3 times before. We are a family of 5 adults, when the pick up car came it came with already two other passengers in the vehicle, meaning we were extremely tight for space, for the duration of the journey which was 1 hour and 30 minutes. After the buggies and tour of the dessert we were then expecting to have dinner with a show, once we arrived we were told that we’d be sitting on a crowded floor, lining up for food, on paper plates, which you can not justify for the price I have payed. They gave us the option to pay extra for vip, which was a a completely different service. We’d be sat on proper tables and be served food. We obviously paid for the VIP, as we did not want to ruin the rest of the day. I feel as though I have been scammed, and ripped of for the amount of money I have paid for this tour, I don’t mind paying money as long as I get a good service and experience out of it, but it is horrible when you pay so much and don’t get either. I strongly discourage anyone wanting to go on a safari tour, to not book with Atlanta tourism.

Fantastic experience: From the safari, to the barbeque dinner, the show, everything was extraordinary.

Negative experience: Grosse anarque nous avons réservé avec Luxury tour cette excursion nous avons été les plus gros pigeons comme tout le monde tu prends l’excursion Safari luxe soi-disant qui comprend le Quad le chameau, la nourriture, le henné, les habits traditionnels et le 4x4 dans le désert. Le 4x4 nous a vendu en faire à tout casser 15 minutes pour arriver au camp. Ensuite quand nous arrivons au camp, on nous dit qu’il faut rajouter. 200 AED pour faire du Quad dans les dunes, car celui qui était compris dans le pack, c’était pour tourner cinq minutes autour de cinq pilier le chameau tu as droit que à une minute donc tu fais 10 mètres sinon pour que tu fasses 10 minutes, en plus tu rajoutes encore des sous Le henné, un dessin bâclé, qui a même pas pris cinq secondes et pour finir le repas, il faut rajouter 120 aed pour être bien placé, et pour manger un bon buffet grillades. Sinon ce qui était compris dans le pack c’était une assiette comme tout le monde et tu n’avais aucun choix. Je trouve ça vraiment honteux tout est bâclé en fait.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely beautiful experience, we did the overnight desert safari! With 4 shows, good food and kind people, we used GoDubai as our booking partner and stayed at Atlanta Tourism. We were the only couple that stayed overnight and they saw to our every need. The blankets and mattresses provided kept us warm, we had a lovely breakfast and were overall very happy! They even went out of their way to make a lovely bonfire for just us! Deeply appreciate the effort to make us feel safe, happy and comfortable :)

Fantastic experience: I selected desert safari with my family of 5, for private. It was fun trip with activities included: i) Dune bashing in car ii) holding falcon iii) camel riding iv) horse riding v) Quad biking Apart from that , there was also event organised where we saw belly dancing, circling men, fire activities and more. Food and refreshments were ok. Overall it was a memorable event for my family, one I will always cherish. Note: We visited on weekday, so we got to do activities quicker and in peaceful manner. Some of the activities may be nominally further charged, please check with the company before finalising

Negative experience: QUELLE ARNAQUE ORGANISÉE MDR. Entre le chauffeur qui n’avait pas l’air de savoir qui il était, ni ce qu’il faisait,et l’entreprise qui voulait nous forcer à rester dans le camp, c’était une vaste farce. Sans compter qu’on devait attendre le buffet pendant 4h : À FUIR. En dehors du tour sur les dunes, les activités étaient surfaites et inadaptées (Monter sur le chameau - pendant 1 min, 1 M.I.N.U.T.E. Pauvre chameau, vraiment… Que dire du sandboard - un morceau de plastique vert que le staff ne savait pas utiliser)… Ça nous a coûté des sous, mais on a préféré les rires, la stupeur + de l’agacement aux pleurs. Spéciale dédicace au photographe qui nous a littéralement forcé à prendre une photo pour alimenter l’arnaque de cette activité sur les réseaux. Si je vois ma tête sur tes réseaux là… A NE JAMAIS FAIRE.

Negative experience: Very bad, wasting time and money.

Negative experience: My package came all included, car not shared, food, camel ride, photos. When we got there they charged us again, to go to eat “faster VIP +” they charged again for the photos, also we didn't get on the camels because there were a lot of people. two stars for the show and the food. Please is important to check the reviews before making any reservation. It wasn't bad at all. You can see the photos and videos.

Negative experience: FUYEZ ! 1 ETOILE C'EST TROP ! Ceci est réellement un attrappe-touriste de HAUT VOL ! Ce qui est dit comme "free" ne l'est qu'à partir d'une certaine heure. Concrètement ne venez pas tôt, car on vous fera attendre 19h00 pour accéder au buffet et au soft. En attendant des Rolls à 25 AED ou encore des chips 20 AED sont proposés. Vous pensiez pouvoir faire des activités en attendant ? Là encore grosse surprise, le sandboarding n'est pas du tout une activité, mais juste une photo avec le sandboard. Il y a 2 chameaux pour 2000 personnes... et le circuit en quad est beaucoup trop petit pour qu'on puisse appeler ça "circuit". Personne dans ce camp n'a l'air de savoir ce qu'il fait. Ça ne sert à rien de poser des questions, personnes ne semblent avoir de réponses. Ils rigolent même en vous voyant galerer. Vous êtes prévenus !!!

Positive experience: Expérience un peu mitigée, nous sommes passé par un organisme et certes le prix était très abordable comparé à d’autres expériences, mais du coup on vous propose de payer pour beaucoup de choses. Comme le quad, si vous souhaitez aller dans les dunes, il faut ajouter 200 AED. Le camp est correct et propre, mais si vous souhaitez manger confortablement avec une table privée, il faut alors rajouter encore une certaine somme par personne (ce que je vous recommande d’ailleurs, vous profiterez mieux de l’expérience). Le dîner était bon, c’était un barbecue avec pleins d’accompagnement, il y beaucoup d’options et ce, même pour les végétariens. Certains des spectacles sont sympathiques, comme le feu.

Positive experience: Tried the overnight desert safari, an average desert safari with average food, but there are options to upgrade at a higher price on spot, dune bashing was hardly 5 mins and in different vehicle, long queues for everything included in package, finally wait for an hour and watch cleaner wiping up the event before they install our tents and bonfire, bonfire is outside camp and sleeping tents inside camp due to safety, so not as shown in pictures. The tent was clean, but buggy sounds from outside during the night. Breakfast was good. The driver picked us up and dropped safe and timely. It is always crowded on holidays.

Negative experience: WORST Experience Ever!!!!!!! Regret this trip. 1. Driver picked up from our location and doesn’t know where to go. 2.After waisting 2 hours on the road, we were dropped to a place near the camp so that another car was supposed to take us for sand dashing. LONG QUEUE was there and people were fighting and people in charge were yelling at people and fighting with each other. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!! 3. Sand dashing was 3 MINUTES ONLY!! 4. No sand boarding as was promised 5. Camp was CONGESTED!! So CROWDED!! 6. People working at the camp were RUDE to people 7. OVERPRICED, french fries 40 dirhams, chips 25 dirhams!!!! MUNICIPALITY MUST KNOW THIS. 8. BUFFET WAS A MESS!! Nothing organized!! Tasteless food!! Long queues and people lining up for hours. Organizers were yelling at us!! If you can’t control this big number of people and run it in appropriate way, then please close this place and stop it now! From the time we were picked up until dropped off i was feeling ANGRY. Didn’t enjoy it at all. This supposed to be a fun journey which I invited my family to, but i was ashamed of it.

Negative experience: If at all possible to give this facility less than one star. The staff all hate their jobs. They treat you like an animal in the food lineup. Also there is a massive shortage of food. You will spill hot water on your hands when you pour your own tea. The lineups are pure madness with everyone rushing to get food as though it is the first time they are seeing food. The staff are seen sitting on the sidelines laughing at the crowds of people and how they are rushing to the food. The staff will grab plates out of your hand if you are taking an extra plate of food for your family member. They expect you to line up each time to grab a plate of food. The one guy pretty much snatched the plate of food out of my hand. After I yellled that it was for my wife he let it go. This facility leaves you with disgust and being treated so poorly. Also the bathrooms are pure filth. This place is a scam. They charge you an arm and a leg and serve you absolute garbage. The food is tasteless beyond anything you have ever eaten. 15 bucks for a bag of chips. 35 bucks for some fries with ketchup poured all of it. Whatever you do. DO NOT EAT THE PAKORAS. That is just not food. The staff will yell at you to move along. “Move right, move left, go go go only one plate. “ Literally like you are sub human. The only thing that was good was the fire show and the spinning men. Our driver and guide were perfect but were from a different tour operator. This facility is filling a need for a desert safari but will leave you never wanting to have a desert adventure again.

Negative experience: Wir hatten uns für eine Tour mit Abendprogramm entschieden, weil wir so gutes gelesen hatten und gerne den Abend in der Wüste verbringen wollten. Leider war das einzig gute an dieser Tour unser Fahrer mit seiner charmanten netten Art und das unglaublich gute Dünenbashing. Abholung und Fahrt zum Camp hat super geklappt, wir waren auch nur 4 Personen, so dass jeder angenehm im Auto sitzen konnte. Das erste Camp war für uns unspektakulär, reine Geldmacherei mit Ständen, Märkten und wer wollte, konnte für teuer Geld ein wenig Quad fahren. Aber gut, darauf hatten wir uns eingestellt. Dann ging es in die Wüste und das war das Geld wert. Wir hatten viel Zeit für Fotos beim Sonnenuntergang und sind mindestens 30-45 min gefahren. Auch hatte unser Guide uns eine ‚einsame‘ Düne zum Halt machen rausgesucht. Danach ging es zum Essen und wir alle hatten uns auf ein leckeres Buffet gefreut. Leider war dem nicht so! Für 50 AED mehr konnte man im VIP Bereich sitzen und sich am life cooking bbq bedienen. Leider hatte man uns gesagt, dass der Unterschied nicht in der Qualität des Essens liegt, sondern an den sitzen und der Bedienung (Self-Service vs am Tisch). Im Nachhinein würde ich sagen: definitiv das Geld bezahlen! Oder gar nicht erst das ganze mit Abendprogramm buchen. Man wird abgezockt! Die shisha bekommt man nur gegen Gebühr (70 AED) an den Tisch, Eis, Früchte etc. sind auch gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr zu bekommen. Es gibt heißes Wasser, womit man sich Tee (Teebeutel) und Kaffee (Pulver) machen kann und das Essen ist leider unterdurchschnittlich, zum Teil nicht genießbar. Die Tanzeinlagen kann man sich auch sparen. Das ganze wirkt wie ein großer Veranstaltungsort für Touristen und nicht wie ein gemütlicher Abend in der Wüste! Unserem Fahrer würden wir gerne 5 Punkte geben! Deshalb sind es in der Gesamtwertung auch 2 Punkte geworden.

Negative experience: I wish I can give the one star . Extremely rude driver . This guy drove extremely fast from camp to the our car that my mother injured her hip . Even we had two small kind with us he didn’t want to drive slowly. I’m not talking about dune 4x4 driving I’m talking about last drive from camp to drop off location. Non civilized person, extremely rude . I’ll give my best to find out what was his name. If someone from this company read the comment please provide me the info where to come and talk to your management. This is not acceptable.

Negative experience: We booked an over night safari thru “Go Dubai Desert Safari” which bring us here. This place is overcrowded with completely unorganised. They just throw us at the campsite after the dune bashing and no one attend to us. When we asked where we should put our stuff and where is the place we stay for the night, the only thing they say is we will let you know later. What even worse, we asked a few of them and the answer was different from each other. The camel ride is only 1 MINUTES but the driver told us maximum could be 5min, they only have 1 batch (3 Camels together) per time. Imagine there are over 300 peoples, how long it takes for you to just ride on 1 MINUTES ride?! ☹️☹️

Negative experience: Dont ever go to this place, it is the worst experience ever, the driver was punctual pick us up on time but was driving overspeed. It took us 2 hrs to reach the camp site and we were promised by the tour to have minimum 20 mins dune bashing but we have only 3 mins with 1 min camel riding without sandboarding as it was scheduled... Lets talk about inside, it was overcrowded, we need to wait for aboit an hour to enter the toilet and it is uncleannnnn disgusting There is playarea in the camp but most of the swings are broken and unsafe The show is rediculus especially for the belly dancer she dont even know how to move her hips The foooood is digusting imagine the open buffet becomes hey u r not allowed to eat more than one piece of chicken i cant believe how did the uae authorities give a license for such a fraud camp

Negative experience: Very rude service. No professionalism. We went for safari for 2 people and paid 715 dirhams for all VIP service but not worth it all. They don't treat you good. We were told it is going to be 680 but they charged extra 5% after getting there.

Positive experience: Un peu un attrape touristes... 1/2 H de retard sur la prise en charge, chauffeur mutique, arrêt 40 mn dans un magasin au bord de la route avec tours de quad, buggy non inclus bien sûr mais... on peut consommer, puis 10 mn dans les dunes à rouler, très amusant, chauffeur compétent, 20 mn d'arrêt au milieu des dunes pour photos, passage d'une quarantaine de véhicules en convoi et à nouveau 6/8 autres minutes de roulage dans les dunes. Sommes ensuite conduits, après changement de véhicule, toujours sans aucune explication, à un "camp bédouins" organisé pour recevoir les touristes de nombreuses autres agences et invités au tour en dromadaire prévu dans le prix qui consistera à s'asseoir sur le dromadaire, faire 40 m sur son dos, à poser pour les photos que l'on viendra ensuite vous proposer d'abord au prix de 5O AEU l'une, puis ensuite 25 AEU et pour finir à 10 AEU lorsque nous quittions le camp. Repas très moyen, quantités très restreintes et interdiction de se resservir (impossible d'ailleurs car il est fermé dès que le dernier client est servi) Nombreux petits vendeurs mais somme toute pas trop insistants. Toilettes très sales. Show intéressant et bravo au dervish tourneur en habits de lumière. Malheureusement, ce qui semblait être un responsable, pressé de nous ramener à la voiture d'origine qui nous attendait, ne nous laissera pas le choix de regarder le "cracheur de feu" jusqu'à la fin de son spectacle.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely brilliant desert safari. Pick up from the hotel was punctual to the minute. Bilal, our driver, was so accommodating and generous. His dune bashing skills and photography skills were phenomenal. My wife and I had a great time, from the dune bashing, to the desert campsite where we were able to ride camels, my wife got a henna tattoo, and we were kept entertained with excellent shows and delicious fresh food! 100% would recommend!

Negative experience: you pay so much money for safari tour including camel riding and sandboarding. But the rottenness of the camels lasts only literally for 2 minutes and sandboard is not really it's just for the photo. you can not conduct it . Waiter the unlimited bbq, when I asked for my second plate I did not get it. when I spoke to the manager, he did nothing he didnt care about it. only thing the staff do there is call and rude talk to you. And say the whole time "or you do that or not I dont care".this is a one big theft!

Negative experience: I did many safari in dubai and the only bad experience I had was with Atlanta.

Positive experience: I was a bit leery of the "dune bashing" as I've been dune bashing since a small child in many forms of vehicles. I saw the big SUVs they have and didn't have high hopes. I was told that it was one of the managers or owners to took us out and in his own personal vehicle. He really gave us one enjoyable ride that this experienced dune basher could rave on. They advertise 30 minutes but my phone showed me it was only 15 minutes but it was quite enjoyable. The shows and the desert camp were enjoyable. Sadly the dinner time wasn't so fun as it was a wrangling of cats getting people lined up and the food was mediocre. The food gets a 2/10 but the entertainment gets an 8/10. Price seems right on for the value.

Fantastic experience: There are a lot of desert safari trip providers in the UAE and over the last 4 years i have been on enough to form an opinion. If you are getting a deal and think it is too good to be true it is in the Safari game. Atlanta Tourism is great value, not too costly but not a giveaway, and exactly what you sign up for. The pickup was on time and there was a nice reminder from the head office. As the driver got close he also called! We got picked up in a clean Land Cruiser that didn't look like it had been used and abused and we were treated like royalty! At the starting point we met the other drivers and clients and video and images were shot and then in a safe orderly fashion, safe and orderly is the key, we hit the dunes! WOW, Sajjad the Dir of Operations was our driver this man is AMAZING and gave us the ride of our lives! And Sajjad was keeping the entire fleet of tourists safe! We finished at the camp and had camel rides, henna, national dress, belly dancing and a wonderful male skirt dancer WOW. The BBQ was great and the fresh falafal at the start was out of this world. Shisha if you like, bar service at reasonable prices and just a lot of fun. If I am going to recommend a service it is these guys, and how do they keep their cloths so clean I have no idea. Picked up and dropped off for an amazing evening!
