Negative experience: I am writing to share my extremely negative experience with them. My recent interactions with them have been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Initially, I was drawn to their services due to a collaboration with an online travel agency (OTA), which promised credit benefits. However, the experience quickly soured when I attempted to redeem these credits. After receiving some initial assistance, the agency's communication took a drastic turn for the worse. To my dismay, They suddenly became unresponsive. They blocked their phone number and ignored all attempts to reach them via email and other messaging platforms. This level of disregard and unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against using their service. Their lack of professionalism and transparency has left me feeling deceived and frustrated. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who might consider their services.
