Negative experience: It's not run properly. They will pick you up with a coaster bus and travel 2 hours from Abu Dhabi city. Its not worth the visit. Go for established company even if you have to pay extra.

Negative experience: Very bad experience, on return they changed the bus and this was stopped by cops for faulty lights. All families with small kids had to stay on the road for hours that too during mid night. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Positive experience: I enjoyed the program. It was well-organised and exciting. Camels are friendly and drivers are professionals. They took us out to the dessert for a rally. It is better to choose the VIP, in the normal seats the sellers always come to sell something, and after a while it is a bit disturbing. Dinner was a little bit small portion (I mean the meat). The fire show amazing, I loved it, however the second one was a quite strange.

Positive experience: Desert safari on high dunes are very excellent. Other programs are better compared to other companies (program timing very less) personal opinion. BBQ every place provides minimum 2 pec, but here only one pec for all.

Negative experience: This activity is really over commercialized. The camel, you go on the top and take a photo, the quad, you have few minutes turning in round, the show, divided in 3. Food is indian. You don’t really have the sensation to be in a natural area anymore. The staff is nice. The activity however does not worth to do it except if you never done something similar before.

Negative experience: Absolute no go.... food was awful despite paying for vip rates.... kebabs were rationed and being picked up by bare hand... no desserts.... entertainment show was substandard.... dune bashing was less than 10 minutes and the driver even tried his best to steal my expensive camera that i accidentally left in his car..... overall horrible experience.... Will not recommend the torture to anyone....

Positive experience: It’s an experience but whoever runs this place should do it more professionally because being out in the desert and seeing the litter makes me not want to come back. It seems that the ones running the site does not care about the environment. It’s definitely a place to attract tourists but do not know how

Negative experience: Very crowded! Sand dashing was extremely short! Food was not good at all! VIP service isn't a VIP at all.. Shows were short and shallow, only the fire show was great..

Negative experience: Nothing was good, please do go...avoid families...everywhere it is stinking food was not at all good. For everything you have to pay. No sandboarding will be there. Sun set photography you have to take with your phone on your own. Never go for overnight stay... tent,bedsheets everything will be stinking you are very near to the camels place. Very worst. That dessert ride was only good but it is barely 5 minutes. It is all worth for 50 aed max.

Negative experience: Bus pickup drop service is very bad. Bus travel from Safeer Mall to camp is 3 hrs.

Positive experience: Ωραία εκδρομή πήγαμε ιδιωτικά πληρώνοντας 200 ντίρχαμ το άτομο. Η βόλτα με τζιπ στους αμμόλοφους ήταν αξέχαστη εμπειρία. Ανεβήκαμε σε καμήλα αλλά για να κάνουμε βόλτα έπρεπε να πληρώσουμε παραπάνω. Για να δούμε το σόου και να καθίσουμε σε τραπέζι με πάγκους πληρώσαμε 50 ντιρχαμ το άτομο επιπλέον, αλλιώς καθόσουν κάτω. Ότι δραστηριότητα έκανες πλήρωνες επιπλέον. Το σόου ήταν αρκετά καλό, όπως και το φαγητό.

Negative experience: مع الاسف تجربة اقل من المتوسط ، يوجد مثل هذا المكان الكثير حول دبي وابوظبي لكن يجب ان تحسن الاختيار !! بالنسبة لي اختياري كان غير موفق !! الموضوع استغلال بحت !! ولايوجد شي جديد مع الاسف واللي يبدير الموضوع مجموعة كبيرة من البلوش والباكستانيين ودورهم هو استنزافك و النصب عليك. والمكان اساسا بعيد جدا عن ابوظبي ومشوار متعب دون فائدة ، لا انصح به.

Positive experience: Not very exciting. It was ok. Pick up was .Good. Dune basing and tanura dance was also good rest things were not upto mark. Do not compare with Dubai desert Safari to Abudhabi desert Safari. Food was ok.

Positive experience: Rhe people providing the services need a bit of attitude adjustment. The facilities are nice but the services ruin the experience. Activities are good but the food is not so good.

Negative experience: As someone who has gone for desert safari at other camps before, there were some glaring lack of services in this one. 1. The location is in a place with very small dunes, so there's not really any scope for much sand boarding. 2. No free snacks or drinks were available until after sunset (we reached there almost 2 hours before sunset) 3. The camel ride was extremely short and had a huge queue. 4. The sanddune bashing in the car lasted less than 5 mins and even that was not really over many big dunes but mostly plain sandy area. 5. The lines for food, snacks and drinks were outrageously long. 6. Limited variety in snacks and drinks. Only pro - the performances were nice. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This is not the best desert safari you can experience in this country.

Negative experience: A waste of money and time. No information provided at all the whole time. They called us 3 hours before the meeting time to come 2 hours earlier than we were expecting. We were there in time but we had to wait 45 minutes just for the departure. We were seated in a 100 years old bus. 3 people were crammed in 2 seats for a 2 hours drive. You have to wait a lot for every activity and there is no information about anything. The camel ride is in a 10 meter circle. They dont give any food or water (which was included in the price) and you basically just sitting for hours if you dont want to pay for the ugliest henna or a very boaring quad drive.

Positive experience: It is a bit of a tourist trap. You can have fun but the food is rubbish and don't even bother ordering "fresh juice" or anything like that, you'll be charged over $10 for sugar water that was blended with pieces of fruit. They literally open to let tourists in, then chase you all away, turn off the lights and everything as soon as the clock strikes 8. I'm not sure about that "camel ride", the free one is literally one minute in a circle, and I feel sorry for the camel; all it is doing all day is getting on its knees every minute to let people on and off and walk in a circle. I thought that was a bit cruel... Anyway, take it for what it is, it's an experience, but is definitely a tourist trap.

Negative experience: Food Was not same as shown. They just want you to buy the vip ticket. 1 tea stall is handling 1000 ppl so you can imagine when u will get the tea . very over crowded. 1st and last deset safari of dubai

Positive experience: Place and activities are ok. Food is basic. Affordable. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. No diaper changing station. Everything is priced to allow room to bargain. Displayed three acts of entertainment.

Negative experience: Overall it was nice experience except that they completely misunderstood what is dunes bashing is... For them driving car at high speeds for just 2-3 mins is dune bashing... They completely got it wrong.... I had been to Dunes bashing before, so i know the true meaning, excitement n adventure of dunes bashing... Avoid this place if u see Dunes bashing as one of your major activity for desert safari...

Negative experience: Snacks, Food: Not Good Service: Ok Ok Dune Bashing: only for 2-3 minutes Camel Riding: Not a ride definitely, just in a small circle, not even a minute. Photo with Falcon: Paid (20 AED) & with a small baby falcon, not a fully grown falcon. Quad Bike: Earlier informed 80 AED for half hour, upon reaching it was 100 AED.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting experience. From the meeting point it was a disappointment. They changed the meeting time and delayed it for almost an hour then we waited for almost half an hour for departure. The bus was hell old suffocated and uncomfortable. The dune bashing was horrible and all the staff was extremely rude and pathetic. Literally if you want to save your money dont even think about this agency. These guys are rude,unprofessional and pathetic. We literally wasted our money and got a trauma in name of this tour. Some staff was on scooter and harassing girls. Also they took extra money and gave no benefits.

Positive experience: Ambience is very Pleasant, we enjoyed car ride & bike ride the most. Awesome experience, but it's better to go in your own vehicle if you want to spend more time there. Tourist Buses are going very late & we have to hurry back for returning. All special attractions were Superb, but the Fire Activity was Superbly Awesome..... We all were Awestruck watching it
