Negative experience: This is a fraudulent company. We paid everything in time for tourist eVisas and a deposit of around 2000 per person and that was in June 2023. They still haven’t refunded the money and keep stalling. Guess I have no choice now but to go to the police. We are 3 people who are still waiting! Shameful.

It is important for me to share my experience to prevent others from falling victim to what appears to be a scam. misleading information, hidden fees, poor customer service, etc. Despite my attempts to address these issues with your agency, I received no satisfactory resolution or compensation for the problems I encountered during my process. This has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I believe that honest and responsible companies prioritize the well-being of their customers, and it is clear that your agency does not meet these standards. I urge others to exercise caution when considering your services and advise them to explore alternative options. In conclusion, my experience with this agency was nothing short of a nightmare, and I hope that my review serves as a warning to potential customers. I hope that your agency takes steps to rectify these issues and improve its practices in the future.

Negative experience: I have applied for 3 tourism visas and they requested a 2000 aed deposit per visa until status change After the change they have delayed the refund more than 1 month and after a quarel they only refunded 4000 and 2000 stil remain till date . I have never experiences such frustration and unprofessionalism

Negative experience: I went to approved Travel to book a custom itinerary for my wife who is stuck in another country. I went to them for their supposedly expertise. I was totally disappointed. They developed an itinerary to get her to the UAE but totally failed to capture that a specific type of visa was required for the transit. This caused my wife NOT to be able to make the planned trip and when I enquired about and refund I was told the planned itinerary was non refundable and that I was told that. I don't recall being told that. In today's Travel environment non refundable/rescheduleable tickets are high risk. If that's what is booked then the client should be required to sign an acknowledgement if that fact before Travel is booked. All in all very disappointed.
