Fantastic experience: Very cooperative staff ....

Negative experience: We choose to go umrah by bus but unfortunately we got very old bus and AC not working properly, more than 2000km drive in this summer but AC very bad condition,and also hotel booking we had to wait for so long after traveling in the bus for almost 2days. We were temporarily put in a lodge and we got our hotel on the next day. There was no guide and we had to do our Umrah by ourselves. I chose to fly after my umrah was done because did not want to travel in the same bus with family.

Negative experience: Dear people, I would like to say that they have the worst services ever, we faced a lot of problems in our journey. They provide dirty hotel to stay, they dont take us to any site visit, specially while returning (b’coz of their mistake) we waited 8 hrs in police station in saudi border. They dont have fear of Allah, they only work for money. If you want to do your umrah peacefully, I will recommend you not to choose their services.

Negative experience: Don't use their services, 3rd class traveler
