Negative experience: Quote was $400, fee was billed at $700.

Negative experience: Absolute scammers. Do not use these people. Booked a hotel that looked great then found the pool was out of service. I tried to cancel and get my money back. Ha Ha Ha! You will NEVER get your money back from these people even if the hotel is on fire. There is NO customer service and they will never get respond to you. Absolute scam artists

Negative experience: The hotel and staff are wonderful but the booking agency are horrible nobody should ever book with that agency again the name of the agency is snap booking they are horrible
