Fantastic experience: افضل سفريات في راس الخيمه وفي شخص محترم جدا في التعامل ويسهل عليك الحجز حتى لوكنت خارج البلد وأسعارهم حلوه ويحجزون كل شىء تحتاجونه من فنادق ومواصلات وسياحه أنصحكم بالتعامل معهم ومابتندمون

Negative experience: 0 star. Very rude customer service. The Indian guy with a glasses, and a indian woman.. they need a training what's the customer service is. The staff don't know how to use the credit card machine.. what a travel agency is this!!!. I didn't recommend this travel agency to anyone... 0 *

Fantastic experience: مكتب طيران من افضل المكاتب من وجة نظري بحكم تعاملي معة وقيامي بحجز تذاكر سفر للعاملة، بقيمة مرضية، انصح بالتعمل معة دون المكاتب الاخري مثل ون ترفل قمت بالحجز عندهم وقاموا بالغاء الرحلة ولم يعيدوا لي قيمة التذكرة حتى الان ويدعون انه احتمال ان يرجعوا لي المبلغ بعد سبعة اشهر من تاريخ الحجز ، ماذنبي انا والالغاء تم من قبلهم؟
