Negative experience: Booked a bus from this company for a group tour to Khor Fakkan area where we wanted to do some activities like getting to Al Suhub Rest Area and Al Rafisah Dam. The bus driver refused to drive us to either location claiming that it's impossible or not allowed. We called the authorities and we had a confirmation that both locations are accessible to tour buses. We also called the booking agent and she confirmed the agreement but she could not resolve the issue with the driver. The bus broke down half way and we waited couple hours in the middle of nowhere. A new bus arrived and continued the trip but refused to take us where we wanted to go as well. They spoiled our whole trip plan and especially it was the 1st day of Eid in UAE.
