Negative experience: Even one star is too much for this extremely unprofessional company! We order Burj Khalifa up to 148 floor tickets with fast track for all family, they charge us full amount , but in the fact we got only tickets till 125 floor only, and we had to pay additionally again there,so we got the cheapest ticket with no fast track from Rayna Tours with the price of 148 floor and now they either no reply ,either reply in very rude way and no refund for extra charge and our ruined mood! Last reply was from them side, that management did not aloud any refund... how come? Is that our fault that they fraud people, is that right that they charge us for higher service, and give us lower? That is the same like I would pay a business class air tickets and receive the economy class seats once I reach there.... I will complain about this company everywhere, people must be aware about them!!!

Positive experience: I had booked 2 group tours with Rayna. one was desert safari and other was Abu Dhabhi. Desert Safari and Dune Bashing was best and it turned out so good just because of our driver. He is nice gentleman with good attitude and smile. Unfortunately I forgot his name but I guess it is Mr. Kalam. He made sure that we are being dropped and picked up properly without getting lost and thereby wasting time to find each other. plus, he helped taking my pics as I was solo traveller. Overall I liked Desert Safari all bcoz of him. :) love it. On other hand, Abu dhabhi tour was big flop our guide was not so good Mr. Adnan. At beginning it was all good, he was guiding us properly. also, he was good at giving informations about sights and tour. But at the end, he almost left us (4-5 people) stranded near Grand Mosque. I was continuously calling him and his phone was not reachable. when connected i explained him clearly that i lost my way and pls help me. Still he didn't clearly guide me properly and luckily we spotted our bus. I am sure he would have left us if we hadn't spot the bus on our own. So, it was okayish types of experience with Rayna.If you read this pls say hi to Mr. Kalam (hope that's his name)

Negative experience: I booked a your from Make my trip for insta travel to burj. And the slot which i had selected was 18.30. This got forwarded to Rayna Tours. They mailed me saying that only 2100 hrs slot was available. But then I called up Burj themselves, they said the whole lot of the slots were empty. They are a cheater and thirsty for commissions.

Please know that the slot for the combo was not available at 6:30 PM. The slot for Burj Khalifa only was available. I believe it resolves your concern.
