DUSTAKU for TRAVEL and TOURISM

Negative experience: Dustaku is the worst company in UAE for VISA services, I almost lost my job because of them! I did my Freelance VISA with them and requested a trade license for a work permit with another company, but they refused to give it to me even tho is in the law, my company called them to negotiate, but they refused and said it's not our business!!! I tried to cancel my VISA and they charged me 800dhs! which is nonsense and is not written in any place in the UAE law. I called MOHRE and they cancelled the VISA within 1 week thank God I was free from this company. The customer service is ghetto, there is no superior who you can call, the lady Isabel has a very bad heart, doesn't have manners, and is rude and unprofessional. Don't you ever try to do any business with this company, do some research because there are many good companies in UAE that offer the same services, but do not go to this ghetto called Dustaku.

Negative experience: Not recommended at all... I have a refund amount with them they refused to return for one week problem solved by giving me the money back after going to police station.

Negative experience: Very poor communication and customer service skills, I went there for a service and kept following up bt they never got back to me for a week now, I tried talking to one of the agents asking for updates they told me to either wait or use another company.. Very funny... Well I used another agency and within 24hrs they had completed everything, so Dustaku team u need to work on your customer service and professionalism because it's very poor

Negative experience: This company doesn't deserve ANY STAR AT ALL!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST cruise ever!! And they keep on rebooking our cruise claiming always that they have SUDDEN TECHNICAL ISSUE FOR 2 MONTHS!!!!!

Negative experience: I can’t believe that you are taking small kids under the age of 2 on the lap of their parents in a desert safari!!! How irresponsible is that!!!
