Negative experience: Fraud company. They make a prize of winning a dinky gold coin. You go to the hotel, they sell you on some vacation. They blast music out loud to Hypnotize you and then steal your money. Sadly the govt needs to shut them down. Too many people suffering.

Fantastic experience: City: Abu Dhabi Hotel: Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate Dates: 23-29 October 2022 (6 nights) We had a very pleasant stay; the breakfast was really good and the hotel had good facilities (like billiards, table tennis, etc). My family and I really had a great time. That is why I am writing to personally thank both Khaja and Mahi for their assistance.

Negative experience: They have cheated many people/families including my family too. They have sold AED 7500/- package to me and never provided any service. I took package in the beginning of year 2020. I don't understand how can such a company operate in such a beautiful country where we feel safe and feels actual home to us. Negative experience: They are a Fraud and Scam. But what is unfortunate is that such companies are openly doing this fraud, God knows for how long. But no one is stopping them. I have seen agents of same/similar companies many times and received similar sales calls. They shut one company and open other, but do not stop since they do not have any fear. Authorities should take action against such fraud companies.

Negative experience: Been trying to get my refund from Royal Regis since June 2022. They are refusing to meet me, they kept asking me to come to the office to discuss the refund but whenever I go the office is locked and they tell me they are closed- why ask me to come if they are closed!!!!! Syed is apparently the Director, CEO and the Manager but has no authority to sign off and approve refunds. what a joke!!! Now non of them are answering and all phones are switched off.

Negative experience: ROYAL REGIS SCAM: I am a Pearl member of RRG since 2020, due to Pandemic situation I couldn't manage to plan holidays since then, and finally planned for 2023 by visiting their office location on 25-12-2022, Mr. Khaja as always tried to convince us on our 1 year extension request and said he will take approval from Mgmt.... I then enquired via number of emails and after getting no response from their side either email or call, I then finally visited their place today and what I see that their office has been sealed and as per security their office was closed since 1st Jan 2022, as so many members been visiting since then. I will file a complaint tomorrow against RRG to authorities.

After many follow ups they replied 10 days before the actual requested booking date with to my opinion lies that the supplier initially accepted the booking but then they cancelled it. then they failed to provide an alternative in the same area. it is almost 3 months now that I am waiting for my refund

We have been selected on withdraws tickets by Royal Regis (i guess the selections was based on our foreign european nationalities) and then they invite you to collect your wowcher where they make you sit for 3 to 4 hrs. Forget about the wowcher. They are here to force you to buy their travel package. They told us that the amount of the package is on installements that makes you feel that is a very good deal but ACTUALLY the take you all the money at ONCE from your bank account. Ask many times about the installement to MR PUSHKAR MALHOTRA ( PLEASE CHECK ATTACHED PICTURE OF HIM) , salesman who deal us that day AND HE ASSURE US that the amount is deducted every months till 2 years so why all the money have been taken??? They are ready to lie on anything to sell their package! Even though HE asked me to sign on the contract where there was nothing filled before i signed! Once i went back home, i realised that they filled the whole amount of the package on that page without my consent. This company is really a BIG FRAUD, dont be trapped! The same day, we emailed that we want to cancel it. And we got called to their office in al Mumzair, where MR SYED, operational manager assist us. They are all one companie,all of them liars, one liar to support the other one , they found a way to point a finger at you! If anyone needs help or information please contact me. Negative experience: SCAMMERS!! Fraud !! How to get your money back !! Please read it till the end. They also run away same like their sister company Reliance Hub Services. Check their reviews in google. They are Big Scammers !! Im also the victim, unfortunately i fell on their trap and gave them AED 22,000 by swiping my credit card to the fullest. The Biggest mistake of my life. Im sure many others of you have done the same by getting bit greedy. Now the important part is how to get your money back. I somehow managed to get my money back because i fought & i never gave up. Here is what i did. 1. Complained in the Consumer Protection (google it) 2. Launched a civil case against them from the court in Wafi Mall Dubai. 3. Launched a Dispute Case with my bank from which i swiped the card by providing all the evidences copy of the contract, court papers,invoices and everything. My Money was refunded back to my account by the bank after 2 months. They did their own investigation and found that i was really cheated. Since the banks have insurance for such scams and frauds. They were able to refund the exact amount back to me. Dear friends kindly follow the same steps i hope you can also get your money back. Not from them they are the Fraud but from the Banks. Negative experience: I am a pearl member who registered back in 2019. I wasnt able to utilize the full services they offer as everytime I call the list of their partner providers from the brochure that they showed us, they all say that they dont have such service discounts. I paid AED 10,000 by the way for this membership and I was only able to use the welcome dinner and Burj khalifa tour and thats it! I dont usually travel but when I did ask them to at least reimburse a travel voucher, well they were not really helpful, even the visa request takes me ages to wait for their reply. Imagine spending such amount for nothing, it’s a total waste of money!! Im very disappointed with their kind of services and regretful that I made decision by wasting money as such! What a waste of energy, money and time!!

Negative experience: We took their membership 3 yrs bk and theymade us pay hefty amount and since then when ever we try to book their services they never respond properly. Either some one is not here or other reasons. Mr. Kwaja was the person of contact. Never responded to our queries properly, always asked us to contact via email. Gor which we hardly hot aNy reply. And lately we visited them to check if the royal regis is functional or no. They assured that the will help us from next time . N very next moment again when we approached them, to our disappointment they are not responding. Ultimately got to know that they r foing this eith everyone. Negative experience: SCAM ALERT! The membership showing their experience was purchased with due greediness to please my partner, becoming their main hypnotizing advantage. This was a learning curve to me, not that i cannot earn the money i lost, but should there be any process to stop the EMI from the Credit Card or any portal to file a complaint against them? Negative experience: Hello To All Viewers, I have very bad experience with entire team from Sales to Finance & Manager Level staff also, don’t have ethics to speak to guest. It’s start like , they called us to give us free stay cation voucher & free cinema tickets for couples. We went Al Ghurair Mall Dubai on 5th September 2022, Sales Team Staff Akshay start to explain us, that Royal Regis Travel Agency offering us free stay cation & cinema tickets, but they are also offering us Holidays Package with Aed 6500/- pearl package, and we can avail that package any time, during that period, their sale agent propose us EMI package mention above Aed 6500/- & they will apply our EMI card that we will pay Aed 270/- monthly. When we get agree , there one of Manager came & he said this Aed 6500/- they will take Pre-Auth from my Credit Card & this amount will get refund in 7days from that day untill now 24th November 2022 almost going to be three months that amount not yet refunded, I called many times for my refund, then they start ball passing game, from Sales Man Akshay To Finance Team, there is a very rude staff , who don’t listen, he just speak & don’t have patience to listen. First of all as per me that finance staff has to learn & take training with ethical behavior, but what I suggest they need Psychiatrist, if they have this much pressure of work, then again I called Sales Team Staff Akshay, he again pass ball to their Manager Cot his name is Khaja Mohiuldeen, I asked that person please refund my advance payment, which you guys taken almost three months ago, that person was Highly Educated as per himself, BCZ he said these things only Educated people can understand, not I can understand, BCZ I am clearly asking my refund, even after refusal from their reservation team, they are giving me two months later scheduled from 5th Feb 2023. UAE government announced Public Holiday from 1st Dec To 4th Dec 2022, but they don’t have slot available, my booking only after two month, so what I am asking , if you cannot accommodate us, then simply refund my advance. Still not get after three months, so my advice to all travelers, please don’t get trap into Royal Regis Travel Agency Staff, you have payment in your hand , when ever you need book online from any travel agency, instead of keeping your money with them. Negative experience: Untrustworthy and scam travel agency. We received bad experience regarding on there services offer. Due to misleading information given by the sales agent and lack of information about payment processing. They will say installment but on the same day they will deduct the amount. Their is no guarantee to return the money on two to three days. Under their company policy of cancellation - it will take 45 days for the refund but until now more than 45 days nothing happened. Negative experience: November Update: my cancellation was accepted in July only after they asked me to delete my Google review, they told me 45 working days, and I still have not received my refund, emails are not replied to since October. It's been 5 months and my cancellation has still not been completed. Gentle reminder, think twice before you invest your hard earned money with them. --------------------------------July---------------------------- Update, I visited the office on 24th May, the discussion took 4hrs with the director Mr Syed Khaja, sales person agreed he missed out on informing about the 30% deduction, Saleha, sales manager agreed that 30% cancellation policy is a part of the sales pitch, but the director of the company points it back to me stating I did not ask enough questions, when actually, I did ask about cancellation, he states you should have asked what are the charges. This is just one of the many times he was trying to put blame on me. Additionally he asked me to pay for interest charges as well along with the 30%, I informed him I will clear the interest charges but I am not willing to pay the 30% as it was not informed when I asked about cancellation, he spoke to his team and told me to pay 25% along with interest charges, also, he advised me to proceed with foreclosure from my end as I have the authority and might not have to pay additional charges, I requested him the agreement between Royal Regis and the bank, he said is office has left and will send it the next day, I sent him an email the same day requesting for the document,till date did not receive it. On the 28th of May I received a call stating Royal Regis has done the foreclosure, I asked Syed, with who's consent did you'll proceed, to which he replied we sent you an email, I had to argue with him to tell him sending an email without client replying back is not asking for consent . I still haven't received my cancellation and I am not willing to pay them for the cancellation charges. In case you have invested make sure you ask all the questions, even if you do they will always find a way to point a finger at you. In case you are planning to get out, do it before 7days or else you'll end up paying interest charges and 30% Also, don't feel all happy when they say you won from the 200 vouchers around UAE, heard that and fell for it in the 1st week of April. ------------------------23/05/2022------------------------- Please don't trust this site, they don't care once they have the amount, they force you to come on the same day to collect a voucher and make you sit for 3hrs. I asked what's the cancellation policy, there was a lady in a hijab not sure what her name was and the sales person Pranay, they said no additional cost, when actually there's a 30% deduction. I have been waiting to cancel, no one replies to emails, calls, messages, it's been more than 15 days. If anyone knows what the cancellation policy is please share and guide the way forward.
Negative experience: Scam Alert!! Please avoid booking anything via this stupid brand. They lure you by enticing that you have won free airline tickets, cruise vouchers etc as gifts. When you visit, they ask you for your emirates id and holds it for an hour at-least while they try to sell you their services despite constantly mentioning that you’re not interested. Some of the remarks by the sales person were demeaning and offensive. We politely declined and wanted to leave but our emirates id’s were held purposely forcing us to buy their 12K membership card. HAD TO ASK 15 TIMES!! to please handover our emirates id so we can leave but was constantly bombarded with information that we mentioned earlier as well that we aren’t interested.
Negative experience: Royal Regis contacted me to give rewards that I won via lucky draw, invited me to a private event in a hotel and offered me a membership which I was allowed to avail only that day by paying around 12000 AED via credit card. Luckily, I didn't pay and saved myself. ALHAMDULILLAH. It was a complete scam. Their answers were false. Their credentials were not true. I even saw a news article on Khaleej times of such scams. Stay safe from such scams. Save yourselves.
Negative experience: Completely desperate and hopeless is what we feel from the complete neglect and lack of response from Royal Regis. Me and my husband have been emailing/calling them for a American tour itinerary and due to the lack of response/no call back either, we made an itinerary ourselves and asked them to do the booking, yet absolutely no response at all. This is the same for the past couple of months. Finally we have asked for a complete refund, yet no response. Negative experience: I would NOT recommend this travel agency if you’re looking for travel packages. First, they will collect the money in full though they mentioned, it will be return in few days and be charged monthly with zero interest. Second, we’re going to use the movie voucher but then they didn’t send us the tickets. They mentioned they will share the ticket reservation but at the given date we didn’t receive anything or any notification. We’re trying to contact the mobile no. and landline but no response. Even the emergency reservation no. is not working. How can we use the privileges and book for our trips if no response from Royal Regis Team. It’s a waste of money and time. No quality service. No 24/7 assistance as they said they have. Definitely, we need to cancel the membership and refund the money. It's a big NO for this company.
Negative experience: I still have 9 pending nights and have already paid for the 150 AED for a booking supposed to be in Malaysia. Now, no one will answer their phone, landline and email and surprisingly two of their email blocked my message. Please folks save your money. At the beginning, though the money you paid is not really worth it on the service they provide, but at least they would respond, but this time, they are getting worst. So aside from the almost 9k membership, they collected 150 aed for a supposed new booking but then they just rejected for a reason that covid situation in malaysia is not OK (Jan 2023) as their supplier which is false because everything is normal there. I know some of the members here are posting positive comments because they still have active membership, but I know deep inside their hearts, they questioned themselves why they fell on this scheme. Take note, once you rate 1-star, they would say your account is on hold because you rate 1-star.

Negative experience: I am writing this review on behalf of my boss, who is a Sapphire member with Royal Regis and for whom I coordinated the bookings with Royal Regis for his trip for Umrah. It has been a regrettable, frustrating and pathetic experience with this travel agency who are falling short of all promises that has been made while soliciting clients for giving their memberships. This has been the experience so far with this Co. Also, they do not respond timely, do not attend the calls nor replies timely to the msgs sent, have to keep following up for a response from them. My boss had booked through this Co. 2 month in advance (which is a requirement mentioned in their contract for international hotel booking). They informed that the hotel booking has been confirmed and sent the vouchers of the confirmation as well, however we got only one hotel of our choice, the other wasn’t available with them. Also in order to get this confirmation had to follow up and make repeated calls. It’s the first time have come across a Co. with a landline but whose customer service never picks up. Free airport transfers were promised which was requested 2 months prior but they informed this will be done closer to the travel date which also had to be followed up a week before travel with no response for a week. One day before travel I just happened to call the booked hotels to request for interconnecting rooms and early check in, this is when I got a shock, as one of the hotels informed that the booking has been cancelled by the agent on November 18, 2022, a month after the booking which was done on October 18, 2022, the other hotel informed that there is no such booking. The customer is totally unaware of this situation as the bookings were informed as confirmed by the Co., also no notification till that time of any cancellations of hotel booking was given to the customer and this is coming to light just one day before the travel date when the customer himself found out by calling the hotels directly as explained earlier. On checking with the sales manager at Royal Regis of these cancellations/no booking, the response was only lame, unbelievable excuses and unreasonable justifications like they didn't know the booking was cancelled, cancellation is done by the hotel during peak times etc. No hotels cancel without informing their clients as they lose their credibility, reputation etc. hence, no hotel will do this. On asking for the hotel confirmation (the one provided directly from the hotel not the travel agent), another reason given was that hotels release the hotel confirmation only one day before the date of stay, this is also not true, any hotel (once booking is done and paid for) confirmation is given immediately. So the fact of the matter is that this Co. took the money but never booked the accommodation in the first place or even if they did they never followed up on the confirmation. The customer trusted this Co. with his money, his requirements etc. but this Co. failed in keeping the customer's trust and promises given to him. My boss and his family would have been stranded without accommodation in the destination and would have known it only once they reached the place if direct call hadn't been made to the hotel by the customer and the terrible part is this Co (Royal Regis) who was trusted with the booking, confirmation and money was not aware that the booking is non-existent at one hotel and at the other cancelled. This is totally unethical and unacceptable and questionable. Few other hotel choices were given at the last moment which wasn’t up to the choice of the customer and he was forced to choose out of them but even then one of it became unavailable which the travel agent said was confirmed and paid for, then how can it become unavailable? Customer had to find another decent accommodation at the last moment and pay for it again in spite of paying a handsome amount for the Sapphire membership with Royal Regis. Airport transfers were also not given, a reimbursement has been promised that too capped at a certain amount.
Negative experience: I am Dr brijesh bhardwaj, I also took 5 year package for 35 days vacation, and company offered lots offers like concerts and pic and drop and movie tickets, I never got any offers, I tried multiple times but all numbers are out of service, Mr Khaja is the person to contact, total irresponsible person, i payed one time payment. Negative experience: They dont even deserve this 1 rating. We took package sapphire of 20000 aed in jan 2020. Didnot avail anythinge xcept welcome stay and dinner worth max 1000 aed. Our trip and yearly trips all are left. First they ask us to book 60 days prior and even if we give them dates they keep giving excuses why they cant book tickets. All emails are returning back and all contact nos are closed. Plp varun and saleha who gave us this package already ledt and the one who were in little bit contact jasmine and khaja mobiles are off. Office contact no and toll free are off. Who is planning to put case on them . Atleast our hard earned money should be refunded .
Negative experience: My experience with this scam company was terrible after I paid AED 12500 for a membership, they don't provide any service. Highly unprofessional people and travel agency. I have tried for a refund and failed. Finally I have identified the parent company of this group which is Kingsway Tourism @ Business Bay. I recommend all the victims to collect your refund. Negative experience: It is a fraudulent company running scans and duping customers. They make false promises at the time of sale and their services are pathetic. I bought a sapphire package from them and they promised 30 nights stay in 4 star hotels or 15 nights in 5-star hotels. Actually, the hotels they provide during bookings are 2 star or 3 star. When i checked for a booking for 6 nights at a 5-star hotel, they said all 30 nights would be used for that and i will need to make additional payment. The processing time for welcome flights is 15 days in today's era when it actually takes less than 15 minutes. Pathetic fraudulent company. If anyone has any suggestions for a legal action i can take against them, please advise

Negative experience: Royal Regis has pathetic customer service. It was our worst decision to take their useless membership. They will keep your money and literally make you beg for each booking. We have their sapphire membership 7692573447202347. We wanted to use the hotel booking for our this year May trip to Switzerland . They were not able to book the flight on time. After thousand followups they finally booked our hotel rooms just few days before the trip. That also they charged us equivalent to 12 days where as our trip was only for 9 days. We are waiting for our flight money refund since 6 months. In these 6 months we have sent multiple reminders and called them. But they are not able to refund the money till date. Our relationship manger is Mr. Khaja. He is no help. He has no idea what a relationship manger role and responsibilities are. I just want to warn anyone who wants to take member ship with Royel Regis. It’s a fraud company . They will take your money and you won’t get 1% of the service from them.

Negative experience: PLEASE HELP IF SOMEONE GOT THE REFUND We got a call from the team that we have won a holiday stay and dhow cruise voucher. We were asked us to collect the voucher from the Swiss Hotel, Markan Hall. On reaching the venue, we understood that we have been called for a promotional scheme which was a Sapphire package. The sales Manager explained the Saphire package and very briefly showed the actual website. We were told that we must take this offer now or we can't avail of any of the services. Once we took the Sapphire package, we reached home and read the reviews about the Royal Regis scheme and all your previous customers mentioned how this is a fraudulent scheme and your company has been charged with fraud claims by several customers. We immediately contacted our bank to not process the payment, however to our dismay, we were told that Royal Regis has already claimed the payment within 2 hours of us making a payment on the credit card. To our shock, we also figured that there were several articles published against the company where you have offered similar schemes and there are families still claiming their money from you. I don't know how Dubai Police and DED has not taken any action against them. We had informed them about our decision within 24 hours that we would like a total refund and no association with Royal Regis going forward. We have been put through significant distress since yesterday and have trying to coordinate several team members. The Sales Manager has been out of reach and we have contacted him several times as he assured us that the scheme is legit and there are no hidden terms. IT'S BEEN 4 months AND STILL THEY HAVE NOT PROCESSED OUR REFUND. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY. DISCONNECT THE CALL IF THEY REACH OUT TO YOU. Negative experience: This company is a SCAMMER and a FRAUD! I am a Pearl member since 2019 I have paid in full and I have not received any of their benefits. All the items listed in their welcome package are not available. They have promised 5 years (21 day valid) flight and hotel accommodation for free anywhere around the world and they never delivered. Their quotation for flights are also higher than the market rates. Now all of their emails are not reachable and the office is currently closed.

Dinner was arranged at Lal Qila which offers wide range of indian/pakistani cuisine and had buffet system. Stay was arranged at Yas Island with theme park access for 2 adults and child. This company its legit 15% I tell you they will corner you to an event and loot you why? 100% scam, if you are an international reporter you can make an article on this, if you are an attorney sue this people they're backed with high end people looks untouchable. 1. They give you a week of grace 15% legit after that you can no longer contact them well basically you can but they will answer you not in the right manners, if you are going to book for your etc. They will answer you sorry our system is down, for 2years they will say that imagine you're 3years of contract you cannot book anything etc blah blah blah, until u feels annoyed. 2. They will say "we are connected to some class restaurant + some restaurants / shopping" that you will have a good discount but it's a 15% legit we came on some store they have gived on the list contract but they will say to you that we are no longer connected to that scamm. 3. For sometime you cannot do anything with your money gone and you cannot ask for refund because the contract says it "no refund" and yes its a mistake so if you don't want to get on that trap don't bother signing any contract to this scam company. 4. Still they are lurking and no one can sue this company why are they still on the prowl if there's any big guys there do something or not may be this was part of your community well if your not associated, Have some balls to tear this company down where is the justice?. If theres a real review of ten I will give them negative 10 stars if you are reviewing this with even a 2 star you set your standards very low.

Negative experience: With regard to there Raffle Draw prizes. Me and my wife were given a coupon to fill out near an entrance of mall in Qatar. Next day they called my number and informed me that I have won the raffle draw and got selected for a Gold coin and a free tour. I was very exited and went to there office for collection of my prizes. Finally after 2 hours spending my valuable time listening to their marketing lectures, I agreed them to pay a amount for a tour package with the motive of collecting the gold coin and tour package as i felt if the service is not good i could even cover it with my prizes. Finally i rcvd only a hotel voucher for some countries which is not even worth for me and i dont want to travel just for that (which i have to pay some money for that too i guess). And a gold coin ( actually a visiting card with a gold color paper in front ). for anyone who need a refund for their payments which they have made already: please send them an official email within 3 days, at least u will get your hard earned money after reducing a small percentage just like i got mine. Please also filter the negative reviews of this review section if any one need more clarification. I Was called to inform me that I have won a raffle draw, when I visited them to collect the prize. They said to me come with your wife and children because it is easy for them to trap.They offered me so many packages I refused and they lied to with very attractive offer and get charged my credit card. Next day I realized what they said that is different what is written in the contract. I tried to return their offer, no one responded me on email and keep using delaying tactics phone calls and sent me contract through courier. After so many phone calls I managed to get back a part of my money. Fantastic experience: We had travelled to Georgia via Royal Regis in May 2019. The experience was very good even though we had confirmed on the bookings later than the cut off date .The hotel arranged was of the highest quality in terms of service. Hope to partner more with Royal Regis in the future. Would recommend them definitely! Also we had recently arranged a tour to Baku June 2022 with the hotel accomodations from Royal Regis. Negative experience: To Anyone who is wondering if Royal Regis is worth it, then take it for granted that they are one of the worst type of scammers out there. Their scam method is as below. 1. They call people with a free gift voucher to a 5 star fancy hotel and one of their agents ( Pushkar) will try to sell you an unbelievably good travel deal such as free plane tickets to your family anywhere in Europe, 35 nights stay in 4 star hotels of your own choice etc. If you fall for it, they make you sign a contract and does not give you time to read the fine print. They take your money from your credit card there and then. this is also the last time they will treat you well. 2. Once they have your money, the scam game begins. They will not answer your emails ever. You will need to go to their office and get hold of Khaja who is the main scam artist. He tells you in not so obvious terms that you got scammed and that you should not have been too greedy in the first place. The plane tickets will never be available on your travelling dates. The hotels will be their choice and you will be given a choice of two worst hotels. They can also straight away tell you that they don't have any partner agent in a particular city and they just can't offer you anything. All the city tours and airport pickup is never available. In short they will offer you 25% of your money's worth and keep 75% in their own pocket. Being a scam artists, they also post fake positive reviews online. although if you search deep enough, you realize that the positive reviews are all fake and the negative reviews are the only trustworthy ones. If you already purchased it, try to take refund within 14 days. that's the only way, otherwise say good bye to your money!! Do your own research on the Royal Regis scam on Trip Advisor, Reddit and Trustpilot and Google reviews.

PRANAY MISHRA i can guarantee he is one of the most outspoken sales person, to be honest we didn’t wanted to avail the package but we purchased it because of him he was amazingly convincing the way he gave all the genuine details about the package we loved it and we bought the sapphire package. After sale service by him is also remarkable because he attends to all our enquires and guides us to the correct department.
