Negative experience: It was terrible experience, I contact them for tour package enquiry initially 2 people attend my call and they asked about my query I explained then they transferred the call to so called right person to address my query After the conversation I feel there is lot of tours and travel exits here I shouldn't approach them

Fantastic experience: I’ve done a hotel booking with them, but one day before my daughter got sick and I asked them to try to amend the booking, even though the policy is clear about penalties. They were very kind and professional and requested to their supplier to amend the booking with no cost. I very recommend this Travel Agency, either for leisure or business travel. Amazing staff.
