Negative experience: Please avoid dealing with this agency. Specially who stays in AL Nahda Sharjah area this information is for YOU! The staff are very unprofessional and lack of knowledge about the visa process, specially the person name called Ramiz. I have wasted my 3 weeks and 1000 dhs for a visit visa because of they updated incorrect information in the system and they didnt fix the issue not refund the money and eventually i had to cancel the visa from my end. Also there is no manager or supervisor to talk and no one ready to take responsibilities if anything happens. Any mistake happens they try to using immigration office name and hide because of their unprofessionalism and inefficiency in the work.

Negative experience: This place dosent have a manager. The employees things that they can talk to customers as they like. Not flexible at all and very rude staff. Not even letting the customer to talk not one time.many times the employees has talked to me in high voice. I dont sudjest this place to anyone specially it dosent give the details of the manager and the manager stayes in india. In case of emagency you cannot expect anything from the staff. Very bad and not professional at all. The staff things they work in india.

Fantastic experience: السلام عليكم ورحمةالله وبركاته I went 2 times in this travel shop, and not satisfied. First time I went and booked ticket to india and I requested the ticket booker to mail me a soft copy of tickets but he didn’t do that even I reminded him by visiting a second time..... and second time I went for dummy tickets so the fooled me and gave tickets by editing on MS office and they charged for that ...... even every one knows that a dummy ticket can be booked before 24 hours and for validation of 24 hours only but they booked for me before 10 days..... ohhh my god . God Bless them... such people are there who easily making people foooooooool... please beware of this......
