Negative experience: The worst company to deal with if you are planning to travel during holidays. No clear information just lies, changing the prices, for 9 days & 35 emails, they can't confirm the booking of anything after we paid & got the visa. Non professional & lazy team. Don't recommend.

Negative experience: The WORST customer service i have ever experienced! 1st a lady answered and when i started to ask my enquiries she was laughing. I asked her why she was laughing and she just said that it was not her but a different client that is inside the ofc was laughing. Then she transferred my call, another lady answered and it was a nightmare! Ofcourse i was confused thats why i called. She started shouting at me and when i asked why she was shouting, she even raised her voice. Since i cant tolerate her attitude i asked for a manager and her just advised that it was not possible and hang up the call. I have the recording of the call and i want to file a complaint against the 2 customer service. This is very unacceptable!

Negative experience: The worst travel agency in UAE, with absolutely zero knowledge of the documents/process that needs to be submitted for a visa application. My parents applied for an UK visa over 8 weeks ago through Al Rostamani, despite the delay in getting a response from VFS they advised to keep waiting till the visa got rejected. The reason for visa rejection was submission of documents that have incorrect dates on it (documents that were advised, vetting by and submitted by Rostamani). On calling and confronting the staff, all they could do was apologize. An apology isn’t gonna bring back the money lost or the black dot on their file for future applications, all because of the mere incompetency of the staff members at Al Rostamani. I highly highly recommend never to use this travel agency for any visa applications.
