Negative experience: We stayed at Taj and booked a Zipline through these folks. Afreen was our POC and we had Pathetic experience, she does not answer calls and doesn't respond to messages. Had to do multiple followps to get final confirmation.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent time. Armani was a wonderful host and driver, and was considerate of our young children riding. The dune bashing was exciting and the night barbeque was a great time. A must do in Dubai. (Bring your own child car seat.)

We had a great time in Royal Adventure Camp and we drove a buggy also camel riding . The shows was really awesome especially Fire Show which was super amaze. Fantastic experience: I have done Desert Safari Tour with ROYAL ADVENTURE TOURISM. Car picked us time, neat and clean with New Model Land Cruiser. Mr Sami our Desert guide is Nice and gentle. Fantastic experience: Simply WOW!!!!! From hotel pick-up to drop-off, the journey and experience were outstanding . Our captain Hamid was an amazing person and simply expert at his tasks. With more than 25+ years of Safari experience, he took the dessert by storm. It was the best duning trip we had as a family. The dunes of UAE are beautiful, and sandboarding was a charm in the silky smooth sand. The captain prepared an amazing and refreshing drink for us, which was well needed in the Dubai heat, and it really made our mood pleasant. The Royal Adventure Camp is built very well and designed with perfection. Our Host Dawud was courteous and depicted top-notch customer services. The events planned at the camp were Mind blowing, every performance by the hard-working and talented artists was Top Notch. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of dishes that met our expectations. All in all, a wonderful, fun-filled day came to an end with happiness wide spread across all guests. Fantastic experience: June 2024 Our visit to Dubai where made memorable once in a life time experience with royal adventure we where pict up an dropped off from are hotel we did the desert buggys then went on an adventure threw the dessert in the land cruiser our driver wheir a very skild driver we then sat and woched the sun set with a chance to take some pictures we where then driven to a location wheir we sat to watch belly dancers and other amazing dancers a fantastic show with a lovely BBQ it ended day with a fireworks display an camel ride our driver wheir am absolute star we would defernatley recommend royal adventure

Fantastic experience: The Royal Adventure Dessert Safari was an absolute thrill! We had a fantastic time with exciting dune bashing, delicious food, and the entertainment. The driver was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. The belly dancing, fire dancing, and Tanoura dance were all beautifully executed!! Positive experience: The service was excellent, we had an amazing driver, the dinner was a bit disappointing, I wasn't expecting a Michelin dinner, but I was expecting Arab hospitality with slightly more respectable amounts of meat. In conclusion, if we refer to what we received in the meal, in my opinion the price is too expensive in relation to the value.

Positive experience: A dünék közti terepautózás eléggé lájtos volt, mert a többség nem bírta volna a sebességet, dőléseket. A táborba való belépéskor finom arab kávét kaptunk, továbbá ízletes arab fánkocskát, mindössze 1 db-ot, ami annyira finom volt, hogy többet is tudtam volna enni belőle. Az időjárás nem kedvezett a sivatagi műsoros, vacsorás programnak. Az előel elfogyasztása közben eleredt az eső, villámlott, dörgött az ég, így fedél alá kellett húzódni. Mire elállt az eső, és elindultam megketesni a csoportot oda, ahol a vacsorát feltálalták svédasztalosan. Alig volt időm valamit is találni a kínálatból, fogyasztani, mert már kezdték a kajákat elpakolni. Emiatt adtam 4 pontot.

Positive experience: Royal adventure ervaring (Tariq Special 5*) Voor Tariq 5****** maar totaal plaatje 4* Onze Ervaring met 3 kinderen en 2 volwassenen We zijn om 15:15 uur opgehaald van ons hotel met een mooie 4x4 wagen, hierna werden we na 1 uur rijden gebracht naar een locatie (meeting point) hier moesten we 25 minuten wachten, tijdens het wachten konden mensen quad rijden etc. Snel werd er door onze guide Tariq water geregeld en konden we onze dorst lessen. Deze 25 minuten duurden erg lang omdat er steeds iemand naar je toekomt om iets te verkopen of je een armband wilt, foto met een adelaar etc. Hierna gingen we dune bashen, het allerleukste gedeelte van de hele trip! Onze begeleider Tariq heeft hele goede drive skills! Wauw wat een ervaring!! Na dune bashen mochten we 15 minuten de tijd nemen om foto’s te maken en eventueel sand gliding te ervaren. Daarna reden we naar royal adventure om hier te kunnen kameel rijden. Na het kameel rijden liet onze guide een plaats zien waar we konden zitten en kwam met lekkernijen en drinken cola/sprite/water. Ook hier moet je wel opletten want gratis henna is een kleine bloem. Niet zoals op de foto’s worden getoond een hele hand vol. Helaas ook hier vragen ze sicha/foto met adelaar/ armbandjes en alle anderez zaken waarmee je wordt lastig gevallen. Doordat alles door elkaar gaat wat wel in de prijs zit en niet zie je door de bomen het bos niet meer. De show was erg leuk met een leuke vuurshow en belly dance. Na de show werden we weer teruggebracht naar ons hotel. Pluspunten - dune bashing met Tariq! - Duidelijke uitleg en instructies - Lekker eten en drinken - Mooie vuurshow met bellydance - Kameel rijden - Lekker dagje uit voor het hele gezin Min punten - steeds maar iets willen verkopen ook nadat je iets heb gekocht komt weer iemand anders - Royal adventure zelf doet het prima! Alleen de verkopers irriteren heel erg - Je moet je hoofd erbij houden want voordat je het weet heb je iets gekocht! - Lange afstand vanuit hotel uur heen en uur terug - Eten is op self service en is niet erg lekker, bbq is maar 1 stuk kip en 1 kofte!

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing experience, and our tour guide and driver, Mohammad Asif, made it even better. The dune buggy ride was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, even though it is quite pricy. Whenever the cars in front of us would go straight , Mohammad made an effort by driving on the side of a dune to give us an experience we will never forget. The performances at the camp were great and the safari was overall a 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are lucky enough to get Mohammad Asif as your driver.

Negative experience: Not at all recommended. Honestly telling, if you guys wants to spend your holiday wisely never consider this company. not even a option, cause at the end of the day definitely you'll be frestuated. they will literally spoil your holiday. Recently i have visited their desert safari with my family, what i observed and experienced was horrible and I have never seen such behavior in any event management or organization. Initially they didn't provide detailed demonstration of seating during booking. Later reaching the location there is no proper parking for vehicle and they ask us to park our vehicles besides the highway shoulder. After the 4*4 ride to camp entrance each and everything was individually charged. After reaching ther camp no welcome drinks were provided. While we ask them for water they instructed us to get it from BAR eventho I'm with my family. Bartender ignored to provide 5 cups of water and asking everyone to come collect individually where my wife and sister feel uncomfortable to go and get it from BAR. There is no person to direct or instruct visitors to their seatings, also there is no table number. We ourself asked the workers and sit at one table later someone came and ask us to vacate the table. We requested them to show our booked table they said "go that corner, these tables are booking for hotels". However we managed and found our table. Table was not hygiene and around the table batchlores were smoking hooka, cigarettes and behind the table group of guys were shouting like something and having alcohol. In middle of all this they have ask us sit even 2 more families were there. We requested manager to change our seates he said ok but there no serious action eventho my sister complined once that she didn't feel comfortable to sit there but still there is no action and later he started to ignore other 2 families complines also. Time goes nothing was provided and people started to buy foodstuff from shop which is located inside the camp. Also we can't able to bear all the non sense happing around us. So we ask permission to volunteer and mobilized our table to near by family table by ourself. But all of sudden one guy from event management came and shouting at us like something and pushing us away and took the table by telling " who the hell are you, who gave you permission to mobilize table go sit at where we gave you table. I was really frustrated at that moment, I can't able to calm myself as i already tolerated a lot so similarly i raised my voice. That guy reaction was really surprised me. That guy raised his finger and therding me by saying "keep calm, shut you mouth, i have never seen you here, this is not your property and soo many things. Idk how this guys behavior like this and no one from the management stopped him or warned. Immediately we left the camp. Overall experience was extremely UNSATISFIED. and behavior of event management was not family friendly. I have never experienced such thing in any of the travels/event management company.

Negative experience: Our driver became very rude and hostile once we refused to be upsold (1000+ aed) for the buggies. He was very friendly and chatty from the hotel and we genuinely thought he was a good person but sadly it was just a sales tactic leading up to the buggy venue. Even when we’d asked him questions about Dubai/our surroundings on our way back he’d give no answer. Yet at the start of the tour he was enthusiastic about answering anything and everything. Very disappointed in the level of service received and utter lack of professionalism shown. I’ve done several desert safaris with other tour companies and this was the first time ever I had a negative experience because of the driver’s poor attitude and lack of respect.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the VIP desert safari experience on 12/04/2024.. Despite promises of unlimited activities and an early arrival, the reality fell short. Paid upfront, but the complimentary activities didn't start until late, leading to frustrating queues. The climax was when the organizers abruptly ended the entertainment, citing a government order, only to have a fire dance start as we were leaving. Don't trust this team; they're not as advertised. Two stars for the two forms of entertainment provided, but the 80 AED per person fee, including kids, felt like a rip-off."

Positive experience: Really good tour. It’s a little touristy, but had a fantastic time. The dune buggies were lots of fun - definitely do the Can-Am version as I hear they have better suspension. The dune bashing was very cool. I had no idea what to expect. They essentially drive in big SUV’s (Land Cruisers) over the sand dunes. Many times, you’re sliding down the face of the dune, or going at a high(er) speed to stay on the crest of the dune. All of the SUVs are equipped with roll bars inside for added safety. The first few minutes were a little scary, but it turned out to be really fun. All of the drivers have a special license for the dune bashing, and they are quite experienced. I did feel safe. The driver was personable and an all around wonderful driver and fantastic guide. The camel ride was basically to just get a photo. Dinner was good - nothing extraordinary, but good. I recommend the VIP tables. More comfortable seating, and they bring a sampler of the buffet to your table. If you want to experience the desert without a huge time commitment, this is a solid option.

Negative experience: Not at all recommended. They informed on the phone that desert ride will be 10 mins. But in actual it was just 2 mins only. Food was also not upto the mark. After paying AED 260 for four persons I am really disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Deserved the price. Give thrill in the safari ride. Great place to spend time with your family and your loved ones. This beat laws of physics . Love the place and the show. The food is also great.

Positive experience: We have a very good experience. The driver (and guide) Ijaz was very punctual, he picked us up in front of our building. The dune ride was exciting and the driver had great driving skills. We had enough time to take photos at the best time of day (golden hour) and tried skateboarding on the sand. We had dinner in the camp, the food was delicious, we always had enough water and soft drinks. We watched a performance of a belly dancer, a fire dancer, it was very entertaining. Our driver and guide looked after us the whole time and we got all the necessary information. We did not ride camels because we do not support the exploitation of animals for entertainment purposes. It’s nice just to look at these wonderful and graceful animals. During dinner, we were asked several times about shisha or taking photos with the falcon, which bothered us a bit. One star down because of that. But if we decide to go on a desert safari again, we will choose this agency again and look for our driver Ijaz.

Negative experience: Worst experience so far.. with kids with us and heavy rainfall they made us wait in middle of road for about 30-45 mins and none of the guys were answering the call , the driver who was with us left us and went. Very unprofessional the way things were handled and would not recommended anyone to use their service. Been to desert safari many thing being in this country for so long and this was the worst experience.

Fantastic experience: We bought the trip at the point at the walk in JBR. We took two cars as a private safari. Very good organization. Professional and nice drivers who took care of us during the safari. Very comfortable cars, good food and an interesting show at the camp.

Negative experience: One of the worst desert safaris i have ever experienced. Waste of money. They allowed us to drive quadbike in a 200 sqft area that was closed. Land cruiser ride was basic, as if driving on plain road. Camel ride lasted for 2 seconds. Overall worst worst worst experience. I will never don’t go there even though if they will provide me money.

Positive experience: The Royal adventure dessert safari was excellent. We had a great time. The driver who took us on the tour was excellent. He was very helpful. Dune bashing was great, the food was excellent, and the entertainment was excellent. The camel ride was just damn stupid. They should have made it a bit longer for a better experience. Belly dance, fire dance and Tanoura dance was well executed but the seating arrangement could be better.

Fantastic experience: Went with these guys to Abu Dhabi tour and Soheil was amazing guide told us everything related to Abu Dhabi. and it was fun to talk with him. also went to safari with them and driver Latif was also amazing! Small talk about life or anything just that came to mind. Idk why people are saying they had experience or heres alot of bots. But atleast o had good time with them

Negative experience: The worst desert safari trip ever experienced, cheat on all details and charge more. They promise to have at least 15 minutes dunes rides they have provided 2 minutes without any adventure you feel like shuttle car. They charge us 100 dirhams additional per person for quad bike which last only 10 minute. They promised to have 2 belly dancing shows, 2 Tanura shows and 2 fire shows. They have done only one with short duration. The buffet was another disappointment where only couple of varieties were there and only one kebab per person is served and was denied to get second one. ICE cream was another cheat as they charge 50 dirhams per cup and there were no display of price and it looked like included in the package. It was the worst trip ever.

Negative experience: This place is a Scam and a fraud. I booked a helicopter ride for 2 people and this place has expensive helicopter ride. The driver was meant to come to the place I was staying at and the driver was in the other side of dubai and didnt speak proper english, royal adventures said that this was there best driver which already says something about them. I told them my issue and what happened and they blamed a customer which anyone who has a business knows that this is there number one mistake. The drivers name was Ahkthar. When I called them for a refund they wouldnt give me a refund or atleast credit or apologise and they said they will speak with the manger and come me back. They lied and when I called them back they wouldnt answer and They would be online. This place is a FRAUD AND A SCAM.

Negative experience: Worst Experience. It was mentioned Desert Dune Bashing, Sandboard in the package but NO Desert Dune Bashing & Sandboard. They just pick you from the road and drop (its just half km away). Service was pathetic and they served spoiled food. Nobody is responsible inside the camp and many agents are involved.

Fantastic experience: Royal Adventure Travel &Tourism is a must for an unforgettable holiday. We had the best time in Abu Dhabi with one of the most professional guides, Iqbal, polite and passionate about sharing the culture and traditions. The highlight of the holiday was Safari, obviously, one of the top experiences, with the best driver/guide, Asif. Everything was just awesome! Negative experience: Not good at all, don’t book here. Mismanaged and many promised things were not there. Dune bashing was just 2 minutes from Road to camp site and many entertainment items never happened, food was not good, and few items were probably day old and smelly.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! We booked VIP desert safari, they pushed us into some other labour camp type of venue where we had to sit outside with kids and no food served. Leave the VIP service, we didn't get the standard service even. Do not trust these people.

I have booked VIP safari for 3 families including children/Infant but they have not allowed us to go VIP area and camp in charge person was not aware about their deal.we were standing literally out side with small child and contact person was not answering the call at all and we came to know that there are many other families also trapped by them… Literally they cheated many families on National day

Negative experience: Worst experience! We paid for VIP service, got seated behind instead of front row or VIP seats and didn't even get food to eat at the desert safari. Not just us but so many people had the same issue. When we went to confront the management they said its not their problem and we we were the last to get the food because we didn't get served at the table and by that time everything was over !!!!!! Never going to recommend this company to others !!!

Negative experience: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by your tourism company. Despite being promised a VIP lounge area and service at the camp, my family and I were left without even basic necessities such as water for my infant baby and other children. This negligence put our lives at risk, as we were left stranded in the middle of the desert. I am appalled by the lack of care and concern shown by your company. I have filed a complaint with the police station regarding this matter and will be pursuing further action.

Negative experience: First they promised of 15 minutes ride and we got 2 minutes ride then after a big fight with them we had a good ride. Second they told us we have 2 shows for dance, fire and tanura and it was only one show for each. Third the quad bike was very short time. So they don't do what they promised although they are more expensive than other companies, and you have to fight with them instead of being happy. The place was good and the chairs were good compared with other camps.

Negative experience: Expérience médiocre. Guide pas aimable, nonchalant, ils nous à peine adresse la parole. Nous ne connaissons même pas son nom c’est pour dire l’enthousiasme qu’il avait avec nous. La balade en quad QUELLE ARNAQUE!! On avait l’impression d’être dans des auto tamponneuses un espace tout petit pour circuler avec le quad, sans parler du prix EXORBITANT pour le foulard (200AED pour 2 foulards, et encore on a négocié). Les vendeurs qui vous voient comme un morceau de viande à venir nous vendre sans arrêts leurs marchandises sans aucune forme de politesse, trop insistant, après les refus de ma femme et moi. Ensuite nous avons traversé le désert, et c’était génial, le guide conduisait très bien à travers les dunes. Nous nous sommes arrêtés 10 minutes dans le désert pour prendre des photos. Le guide a planté la planche de « surfsand » et ne nous a même pas expliqué quoi que ce soit. Il n’a pas proposé de prendre de photos. Ce qui est dommage. Il y a également eu de la pluie à certains moments, ce qui fait que nous n’avons pas vu de coucher de soleil, mais cela n’est pas de leur faute. Maintenant l’étape du campement: Sans arrêts interrompus par les vendeurs, littéralement toutes les 2 minutes. Vendeurs de glaces, boissons, et autres ne s’arrêtent pas. Même après leur avoir dit « non » 10x. C’était insupportable. Nous n’avons pas trouvé cela normal de devoir être dérangés par ces vendeurs pour nous vendre des boissons, sachant que ces prestations là sont sensées faire partie de l’excursion. Le spectacle était quant à lui superbe. C’est la seule chose pour laquelle nous mettons 2 étoiles. Le buffet était fade et sans saveurs. Quant à la partie barbecue du buffet, nous avons eu le droit à seulement deux petites brochettes et sans pouvoir se resservir alors que c’est le concept même d’un « buffet ». Il était sensé il y avoir du henné au campement, il n’y a rien eu de cela. Ma femme avait hâte et était très déçue lorsque qu’elle a vu que rien n’était mis à disposition. En nous ramenant à l’hôtel, même un au revoir avait l’air d’être trop demandé pour le guide. C’est un piège à touristes, si c’était à refaire même gratuitement, je ne le referai pas. Il n’y avait pas toutes les activités normalement proposées dans la formule.

Fantastic experience: We did the evening sunset desert safari which was amazing and our guide Fahim was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable about everything in Dubai. Also he took lots of cool photos for us. The Quad bikes was my favourite bit, it is extra and the cost depends on the bike. I took the solo bike which was 300AED, there are two seater ones that are more expensive like 600-800AED. The dinner and entertainment at the camp were great, camel riding and henna are also free in the price for a taster, you can pay extra for longer camel rides or larger henna designs. Food has tons of veg, salad, falafel and chicken, and also dips like hummus and is buffet style, vegetarian options are plentiful. Dune Bashing was an interesting experience, the sunset desert views were beautiful. Overall a must do if you visit Dubai, in particular the Quad bikes are not to miss.

Fantastic experience: I booked the safari through our hotel, expecting that they would recommend a good company/guide and I can tell: The safari was just awesome! Picked up at the hotel, went for a cool Polaris ride, went on with the dune bashing and had a nice evening at the camp. One thing that was making me a little bit nervous was that the very last review (just a few days earlier) gave just one star. Royal Adventures has around 30 cars and I'm sure that not every guide will be as friendly, cool and caring as our guide (Kashif), but we had the best experience we could imagine! Thanks Royal Adventure and especially thanks to Kashif - you made this day the highlight of our vacation!

Negative experience: Royal Adventure ofrece barbacoa para cenar es solo un pedazo de carne que te ponen con la mano en el plato previo de servirte ensaladas. Pura lechuga, plato de tergopol cubiertos de plástico sin vasos. Se toma de la lata la gaseosa y una caja de tisue en la mesa a modo de servilletas parecíamos. Presos desfilando por un pedazo de carne con un plato lleno de lechuga. El show malísimo una odalisca poco hábil. Un derviche. Más o menos. Y unos chicos que usaban fuego para su perfomance. El chofer nunca habló y iba por el camino a gran velocidad. Es un peligro Las 4x4 por las dunas lo único más o menos lindo

Negative experience: Very Bad Experience on their BBQ buffet dinner. Their staff are racism, when they start for buffet dinner, blocked and disallowed Asian people go to take food. They let “white people” to take food first, after they finished only let Asian people to take those left food. After complaint to their manager, The Manager still refuse to admit their poor management, and said that as long as there is food for customer eat then that’s all. One star rate also too much for them.

Negative experience: Tourist trap! Very bad experience, lot of waiting, masses of people in the camp and the possibility for sandboarding was also missing. Avoid this company!

Negative experience: Größter Reinfall !!!! Wir haben eine Safaritour gebucht und das war die größte Enttäuschung!! Der Verkäufer am Stand gegenüber vom Hilton the walk. Hat uns die Tour erklärt, wir würden vom Hotel abgeholt werden dann können wir mit dem Quad 30 Minuten fahren bekommen was zu essen und trinken. Kamel reiten und und und. Als wir angekommen sind standen da schon ganz viele Leute haben uns dann Tücher um den Kopf gebunden und wollte diese uns sofort verkaufen. Dann sind wir mit den quads gefahren. Mein quad hat nach 10 Minuten den Geist aufgegeben, der Mitarbeiter kam dann zu mir und meinte er könnte Fotos machen von mir bis ich ein anderes Quad bekomme. Ich durfte natürlich auch nicht länger fahren. Kamel reiten ging dann ungefähr 2 Minuten entlang einer Autobahn und auch nichts mit einer Wüste zutun gehabt. Das Essen was versprochen wurde haben wir nicht bekommen, da es wohl nur abends angeboten wird. Wir haben dann Getränke bestellt. Eine Cola 40 dirham (über 10€) Lasst die Finger davon

Negative experience: Tuve una experiencia muy desafortunada. Compré 3 groupons por 600 aed aprox. Que termine básicamente perdiendo porque se niegan a reintegrar el dinero. El cupón menciona claramente que nos recogían en el hotel y valide antes de comprarlo pero apenas ya pague dijeron q no podían recogernos razón por la cual nos toco desplazarnos hasta otro lugar diferente para poder tomar el tour. Al momento de la reservation tuve q hablar con 3 diferentes personas y esto llevo a un mal entendido pues mencione q teníamos un bebe y 3 cupones mas para mi esposo y mi hija, pero al no ser recogidos en nuestro hotel estábamos con el coche de la bebe Y no pudimos tomar el carro pues ppr seguridad no se podía llevar...cuestión q no sabíamos nunca nos avisaron y como podríamos adivinar? L peor parte del tema es q después de semejante odisea cuando llamó para que podamos reprogramar el tour me dicen q no que ya no lo puedo tomar y que no me devuelven tampoco el dinero. En resumidas cuentas se están cobrando 600 aed por nada pues no he disfrutado de mi servicio

Fantastic experience: לקחנו את חוויית הספארי במדבר, בשעות אחר הצהריים-ערב. החוויה כללה איסוף מהמלון, נסיעה בדיונות, מפגש במתחם שכלל ארוחת ערב ושלושה מופעים: רקדנית בטן, רקדן ולהטוטן אש. יש לציין כי מפעילי האירוע כלל אינם בדואים, והמאהל הינו רק תפאורה, אך בסך הכל זו היתה חוויה נחמדה מאוד ומהנה. הנהג רפיק היה מקצועי מאוד, ושלט היטב ברכב, הוא סיפר לנו הרבה על החיים בדובאי. ההופעות היו מהנות, והמפגש הבינלאומי היה מעניין.

Negative experience: Nada recomendable , es un atrapa turistas La experiencia empezó mal, nos recogieron con más de 1 hora de retraso, solo hablan árabes e inglés , te llevan directos a una excursión en bugi que no está incluida en lo que has pagado , si no aceptas como nosotros, te dejan 35 min a 50 grados en medio del desierto, después te llevan a lo que habíamos pagado , el safari en 4x4, no está mal , sin más . Después cena tipo buffet de comida típica , tipo camping con neveras portátiles , no es un restaurante, donde otra vez decenas de personas te avasallan para venderte algo , antes de cenar , claro. El espectáculo no está mal , sin más . Nos sentimos engañados por el hecho de haber contratado una cosa y querer meternos otra cosa, ademas carísimo, y la espera en medio del desierto es inhumano

Negative experience: Trappola per turisti, assolutamente da non fare. Una giornata presa è buttata via. Attese infinite nella speranza di prenderti qualche soldo in più. Una cena in 100 persone intorno ad un palco da circo con musica da discoteca. Raccapricciante è imbarazzante. 1 stella è anche troppo.

They will promise a lot of thing and give nothing not only that staff in camp are abusing us for asking where is table which is allocated they are like find it your self where there are no number on tables.

Negative experience: This one star is just because I can’t give lower, management is rude unprofessional, disrespectful, will make you feel like you’re in some refugee camps or detention center, food was like some left over from VIP guests, because all the staff is concentrated on VIP guests, if you want to be treated well you have to buy VIP packages, my question is that from Organizers if your staff is paying respects to only VIP GUESTS, why even you’re selling other packages why don’t you stop selling other packages, Bro that was worse than any other experience of dessert safari. Wouldn’t recommend to any one.
