Negative experience: I would like to give less than one star worst tarvel agency for umarah service. Dont travel with they are big farud i had a experience with them saying something amd doing other they will not give the facility which you required. Otherwise you will suffer in macca and in madina the hotel is 2km far

Negative experience: I wanna give 2 star only because on a booking time they told us other hotel names when we reached makkah madina hotel was different, hotel in makkah is better but specially hotel in medina is very bad which was far from madjid nabwi around 7 km and at the time of return bus service also bad there is no ac in the bus during whole journey bus was too exhausted also driver was too rude behaviour
