Negative experience: I bought a voucher for a family of 4 for a desert safari and made a booking which was confirmed . However on the day they did not have enough space on the bus as they made over booking and I was asked to drive my children and I to the desert as I had my car on sight , which I agreed as they said I would obviously be reimbursed. Over a year later this hasn’t happened, they promised to revert back to me over email which they never did ! I truly think this is unfair and not a good way of making business. I used my car and my patrol for what I have already paid for ! It’s not fair !
